  1. Lever is primarily a HR/Recruiting tool that helps us configure, manage, and schedule our new hire candidate interviews. Zoom and MSTeams currently allow Lever to integrate with their respective accounts. The integration allows you to connect your external Zoom/MSTeams meeting links directly within Lever's platform. Current state with RingCentral is that our end users would have to create the candidate interviews in RingCentral first, and then copy/paste their meeting links into each new hire interview session within Lever. Functional, but not ideal during our heavy onboarding periods with "bulk" meeting creation.

  2. I am building a zap with the Zapier integration and I am noticing that the name field coming over in the zap is not populated. I do have my Google Contacts synced with the RC app but apparently this is not being passed to Zapier. Is there some way to make this work so I can bring in the name of a contact for use in a zap integration? I would use the G-suite integration for Directory Integration but since I only have a gmail account and not a full G-suite account that doesn't appear to work (or at least…

  4. I wondering how I can get access through Zapier and/or Integrately to all of the organizations Missed Calls, Voicemails, etc, not just the ones specific to the user. I am trying to access the records from " Main number voicemail box 2 Message-Only Extension" To intgrate follow ups in our CRM afterhours but it doesn't seem like these are published to the admin account that I am connecting

  5. If you are out of the office, using mobile app or not logged in (aka after business hours), and Pipedrive browser is not open at all times, then calls do not log. This creates the issue of all calls received outside business hours or to users who are out of the office... are not logging in to Pipedrive CRM.

  9. Please add the ability to add a buffer time before the automation is triggered.

    For e.g.

    Missed Call automation, before triggering an SMS to be sent out. It is ideal that they could add a 5 minute delay before the text message is sent out.

  17. Wealthbox is a CRM used by Financial Advisors to log tasks, calls, meetings, contacts, etc. We would like to intrgrate RingCentral with Wealthbox to streamline calling/messaging clients easier.

  18. The noise cancellation feature available on the RingCentral app should be made available via Google Chrome extension or other browser-based integrations without having to set the 'RingCentral app' as the calling mode.

  19. Integration with Loxo.co because that is what we use for our recruiting CRM. It is definitely gaining popularity. They already integrate with RingCentral but RingCentral does not integrate with them.
