Add "Zoho WorkDrive" app to RingCentral Archiver App integrations
As you already integrate with Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Bigin, Zoho Mail, Zoho Cliq, it seems like a natural progress to support archive to Zoho WorkDrive, as usually when customer use Zoho apps, they are typically invested in the whole Zoho platform of apps.

Allow RingCentral dialer and the Outlook Plugin to call number with "/" symbol
calls to number with "/" symbol not going through>can not delete the character because we use the outlook plugin to dial a number from a signature without editing it. Because of an old standard the "/" is still used to separate the area code from the phone number in Germany

PLEASE remove the orange incoming call box in Pipedrive
Anytime an incoming call comes in through my RingCentral App for a customer already in our system, an orange screen will come in from the left on Pipedrive and cover the current file I am working on. See attached. It's very frustrating. I first reached out to RingCentral who told me to contact Pipedrive only for them to tell me it was a developer problem on the RingCentral side as they don't have access to the program integration. 1 voteI think the resolution to this is in the settings that allow one to turn off call/screen-pop for incoming and outgoing (or both) calls.

SMS box suggestion for phone APP in Pipedrive
Would like to be able to label each text instead of it showing as the full text when trying to select one. It would also be nice to be able to space things out so the texts are not a run on sentence when creating a template. I like to separate my name and email in a separate paragraph.

Note box
Could you please remove the note box at the bottom of the call app that I use in pipedrive. 1. i never use it and 2. a black box always pops up with a message and then blocks the red button for me to hang up and its super annoying!

Android incoming/outgoing call integration with Zoho CRM
It does not seem like the existing integration with Zoho CRM works from RingCentral Android app. It does not allow to create CRM contact from incoming call/message. Does not allow to read/create any info for contact in CRM.Also, "Send Text Message" from Zoho CRM contact opens in the native phone app instead of Ring Central.Only things I was able to get working was call logging for existing Zoho CRM contacts and calling an existing contact in Zoho CRM actually calls with Ring Central.

Permit Retroactive Archiving of Data in the Archiver
I assumed the Archiver would permit me to save the past 90 days of data residing in RingCentral. This does not appear to be the case, though. The Archiver only allows me to save data going forward. So I must watch helplessly as my last 90 days of SMS messages disappear. I can save a lifetime of SMS/MMMS in my cell phone for no additional cost. I have to pay RingCentral extra to save the same type of data in THIRD PARTY CLOUD STORAGE.When I originally signed up for RingCentral, I had no idea of the minimal data retention limitations.…

Integration with Popio
To better assist our membership, when members are calling into our call center, we would like to be able to escalate a phone call to video. We work with Popio and handle opening accounts this way if no one is available in branch. We would like a seamless process if the call comes through that we can switch it to Video and the same individual would stay with the caller.

More control over apps for team chats
We use various integrations with some of our chats that provide us updates from monitoring and status providers for our systems like Statuspage, OpsGenie, Pingdom, Jira, etc. The problem is that when the people who make the apps leave the company it breaks these integrations, and they are used by more than just the person who made them. Additional features For Zendesk Integration
Customer is asking for a similar feature in RC for Zendesk, that's currently available in RC for Salesforce. Being able to dial via browser and not having the RC App pop up to make the call.
