This would be a great addition (Specify the phone number to download when using Ringcentral Archiver to Dropbox connection.) as we have many phone number and I don't need to archive all of them, just a select few. It would also be great to be able to specify the folder within dropbox they will be saved.

  3. With so many new regulatory requirements, many companies are no longer allowing personal contacts to be stored on corporate systems or email servers. Currently, I can add a Microsoft account and a Google account but not two Microsoft or google accounts. I would like to see the feature to add additional account and have the ability see them separately under All contacts.

  4. Add calls and notes to customer activity log based on the phone number dialed or received from in ring central while the business central app is open. Also see all users call logs and permitted recordings against a particular customer card in BC.

  8. calls to number with "/" symbol not going through>can not delete the character because we use the outlook plugin to dial a number from a signature without editing it. Because of an old standard the "/" is still used to separate the area code from the phone number in Germany

I am a Call Center Manager who was given Manager Admin access in Ring Central but that access role does not feed into the Bridge Operator Console program thus rendering me incapable of listening to calls or managing who is and who is not receiving calls at any moment in time. The program requires that I be assigned Super Admin Role but in a multi level company typically Super User access is limited to only certain executive or IT types roles/functions. This renders someone as myself with very limited access in the Bridge and doesn't allow them the ability to…

  14. We are using the Dynamics 365 integration and the auto-log feature for putting notes directly into a lead/account/contact is great for saving time for our sales team. However our Customer Service team do not have the same luxury as they are using Cases (not lead/account/contact). We would therefore like the call log feature integration to also support the case object

  15. We are planning to FULLY turn on AD/azure Provisioning for Ring Central
    Every time I test with Provision on demand an email alert is sent to the user.
    I don’t think it should be triggered at all, should be just added to a daily report Admins can view
    daily report of all Provision related changes

Pass the Caller ID (ANI) & Phone # Dialed (DNIS) data through CTI integration.Specifically with Salesforce CTI integration & call logging, other RC data is passed into Salesforce task fields like call duration, call direction, call result & even a link to the call recording (if applicable). Currently, the Caller ID (ANI) is passed through to the Subject task field, but with other text included (i.e. “Inbound from +12223334444”). As with other RC data, the Caller ID (ANI) & Phone # Dialed (DNIS) should be passed to respective Salesforce task fields.

  19. Setting up Zapier between our CRM and Ringcentral, I noticed it showed Voicemail: Available but not shown. I wonder if there would be a way to have the transcription to be available in order to write a note or log a call in our CRM with that text. We can log a missed call or that we have a voicemail but would love for it go ahead and put the transcription in the contact in our database. We use Followup Boss (a widely used CRM for real estate agents).
