Make any call (independent of outcome) trigger automations in Zapier
Right now only Missed Calls or Completed Calls will trigger automations in Zapier. Instead, it would be nice if ANY call could trigger an automation and then we can filter by result and create more complex workflows.

RingCentral Cloud PBX MS teams account would like to have the option to disable False Answer Supervision. current behavior: When a call is received in RingCentral Cloud PBX MS teams, the call gets automatically answered as SIP 200 OK (False Answer Supervision) is being sent right awat. expected behavior: While SIP 200 OK (False Answer Supervision) is disabled.If a call is received in RingCentral Cloud PBX MS teams, an MFA will be sent to the user. The call will only connect when the user authenticates using the code.

Add Telus Business Connect Phone to Winget Repository
Hi, I am a Business Connect client and we are leveraging Winget (Windows Package Manager) as a method of keeping our apps up to date. We noticed Ringcentral.Ringcentral is in the repository, that's great but I was wondering if you could potentially push Telus Business Connect apps to Winget as well? I'd like the auto reply message to be sent just once to the client. It should be sent the first time a client sends a text to us at 808-566-6611.If you turn on the automation, then the auto reply message is sent each time a client sends us a text, whether the first time or a response to our sent text.

Add new contact, with option to "switch on" in order to share with all other users.
This is similar to the google/microsoft fix, but this would allow for one personal google account be shared with all users, giving them the ability to import all google contacts imediately, for everyone, but then moving forward additional contacts would also be shared when they get added. Nextiva has this feature of sharing contacts company wide when creating new contacts.

Poly CCX 700
Please create a firmware/profile version for the Poly CCX 700 for RingCentral MVP. Just like the "MS Teams" or "Zoom" profiles you can select from, there should be a "RingCentral MVP". So that you can utilize all the features of the CCX 700. Join Video Meetings, see your MVP Profile etc.

Ask First Option on RC for Google
Essentially, we are using the web version of RingCentral as we use Linux (Ubuntu Mate) and it all works fine, except for the extension. If it has to use the google extension, then it is missing functionality that the web app has (in this case - we need the extension to have the "ask first" option on Transfers, which is doesn't.

Jabra Engage via MS Teams EA
Hi Team,Currently, we can use HID devices for MS Teams, but it isn't integrated with Jabra and Plantronics, unlike the RingCentral app.It would be extremely beneficial for this to be made available for our customers especially for those who use Jabra/Plantronics headsets.

Display a not stating that the call is transferred from user A
When a call to a TFN is transferred, the RC Teams integration display the original callee with the destination number without listing that this has been transferred by an extension. This is creating a confusion to the users. The user will see the To as a different number or extension and they will ignore

Disable Headset and Advanced in RC App
when on an MS Team call, and a call comes in on the RingCentral app, it will disconnect the MS Team callThis is a feature we use and we purchased our entire headset fleet to utilize call control. Having to turn it off to keep from being kicked off other calls is unacceptable. Why is this the solution to prevent this from happening?
