Automatically Disable RC Embedded App Notifications During an Ongoing MS Teams Meeting
When an MS Teams meeting is ongoing, the RingCentral Embedded App should either turn itself to DND automatically or disable the call notification popup to avoid interrupting the ongoing meeting.

Hello,
I'm trying to install the RingCentral for Teams Desktop Plugin for about 80 users (I'm a RingCentral Partner). I see that there's an EXE and an MSI for IT, but the MSI says "Non Auto Update." Can I deploy the EXE Silently since that auto-updates? If so, how?Or can I add a switch to the MSI to allow it to auto-update?

RC EA for MS Teams - Firewall for MSI Deployment
The end-user doesn't have problems with both the Ring app AND the Teams plugin. The problem isn't installing the app, but specifically after the app is deployed it asks the user to Allow changes to the firewall.
Do we have any Documentation that shows how to Deploy the Apps without asking the user to Allow changes to the Firewall? The users are prohibited from making changes to the Firewall. Microsoft Defender is blocking the full Deployment, and the Staff do not have admin rights in their Microsoft accounts, so IT has to do an MSI Push.

It would be great if we had the ability to select between which contacts to be displayed in the embedded app (RingCentral contacts/Partner brands or Microsoft Teams contacts).
Some users prefer RingCentral/Partner brands Contacts to appear on MS Teams Embedded App or the other way around.

Bring back RingCentral Voicemail that works with Teams
RingCentral voicemail used to work the Microsoft Teams direct routing. It recently stopped to do so with no warning. This has strained the ease of using RingCentral calling queues with Microsoft Teams. Please bring back the ability to pick and choose between RingCentral voicemail and Teams voicemail.

Exclude Guests from MS Teams Company Contact Sync
Guest accounts (B2B Collabaration Users) in Microsoft Entra ID (previously Azure AD) should not sync along with regular contacts (Members) when using the MS Teams embedded dialer app. At a minimum, there should be an option to include or exclude Members/Guests when syncing Contacts.Many organizations use B2B Collaboration to provide single sign-on to their customers which causes large numbers of user records and it is not normal behavior for apps to sync these records by default when syncing contact records. Option to use RingCentral's conference feature in MS Teams
It would be great if we had the option to use RingCentral's conference feature in MS Teams (Conference, participant, and access codes)
Currently, we only support Phone, SMS, and Fax in MS Teams Embedded App.
