  4. Currently, we only have a ringing tone for incoming calls on RC for Salesforce.

    It would be great if we had a notification/tone or flash app option whenever a user receives a text message, voicemail, or fax using RC for Salesforce.

  12. it would be great if we can push attributes to RC from our IdP using SSO to assign users to sites, groups, call queues etc.
    if we can push attributes from our IdP to RC and users would be assigned based on their attributes from the IdP we can automated users queue assignment sites assignment etc all via the SSO connection, which would save a lot of time of manually manage the users and assignments.

    App Connect as you know can retroactively log the last 100 calls. After that, calls can be logged manually. We will consider this feature, but there are a number of concerns related to performance, and allowing users to elect how many calls to log.

Since the business is adding an existing device to their RingCentral account, it would be very helpful if there's some sort of Flag or Warning that will show on the actual desk phone when they add it to their RingCentral account that will tell them the device is already registered on another account instead of them calling support. It will save more time for them instead of trying to register a device that cannot be registered since it is already added to a different account.
