    This is now available through the native Hubspot integration. When calls are logged, we provide a link to the call, but we also register the playback URL so that the recording can be played back natively in Hubspot

  3. Cx just wants to sync all the presence on all platforms
    But the thing is the option on the RC admin portal is to sync to all users or not sync at all
    He wants to sync for just a specific user.

  5. I have enabled Teams integration. When I enable Teams Presence sync users are going on Do Not Disturb with out their doing. In the Audit it shows my user toggling on and off DND for these users, I am not. If I disable presence sync, this stops. Is there some sort of setting that is causing this.
    Users state they do not have any calendar items that would be setting them to be busy.

  7. How do we prevent tasks from being created for missed calls? We only want to create a task when a call is answered. In the Auto Save Setting, Pop matching Salesforce entity record on call is set to answered. Auto-create call log-on is not checked. What setting do we need to update to avoid creating Tasks for missed calls

  13. Currently, the Analytics Reports works by assigning 'Roles' (hierarchy)

    Ex. Users with Brisbane Students roles report to users under Brisbane Advisors roles. The Brisbane Advisors will see the reports of Brisbane Students. However, Brisbane Students will not be able see the other users with the same role on the reports.

    It will be great if we have the option in Analytics Reports in RC for Salesforce to create a group under the same role and they will be able to see other users with the same role on the reports.

    Picklist value will not work for them beacuse they have a thousands of information that they use in Salesforce for a long time and picklist value will not work for them they need an option to have a look up value.
