Automated outbound calls
The automated system for outbound calls would allow the user to add numbers that they want to call in bulk and Ringcentral would automatically call all the numbers in the list one after the other without the user having to dial the number every time.The system would be useful for Recruiters, Sales agents and any other business that makes use of cold calling.I know other apps offer this service and it would be really great to have it on RC as well.

RingCentral for MS Teams 2.0 Embedded Dialer: limit RingCentral communication to RingCentral users.(ware malcomb UID:63084070023)During a recent MS Teams Embedded dialer POC, it seems RingCentral communication was sent to non RingCentral users via MS Teams. (see attached image 1)
per prospect: "Our users continue to get unwanted alerts from RingCentral that some are reporting as phishing or scams. Perhaps it’s time for us to create a group to control the communication?"

Video Calls/Meeting for Microsoft Teams Integration
In really like the current integration with Teams and how it integrates with scheduling perfectly, but I was a bit disappointed to find out that you can't make a video call, only audio. Teams call quality is generally pretty bad and I was hoping to utilize the power of RingCentral.Also I think this would be a big selling point for you guys, if video meetings were possible through the Teams app, this would eliminate the need to have Zoom for this kind of use case.

Call Que to Custom parked locations
We have a sales force that found out about the call que ring all feature leaving miss calls to multi people. 1 answer 9 miss call. We had the idea can we setup our auto attendant to transfer to say Sales Parked line 1.10 people that are assigned to Parked line 1 receive a notification that there is a call on Sales Parked line 1. Ringlabs Automator - Add URI for attachments as variable option
Ringlabs Automator looks like it will be great for automating SMS routines without the need to create my own webhook subscription system. Would like to see the URI if an attachment exists be exposed as a variable.

Transmitted Page Count in GET Message Store API
When calling the GET Message Store API endpoint, if the fax failed to transmit completely, I want to know how many pages were transmitted successfully so I can retransmit the document with no repeated pages and also limit my future transmissions to page counts the recipient can handle. The GET Message Store call contains a "faxPageCount" field which contains the number of pages that were attempted to transmit, however, when the transmission fails mid transmission, I expect for some field to surface how many pages were successfully transmitted, not just the full document page count.

I’m an STR property manager. I manage most communications with customers from a platform called Guesty. It would be extremely convenient if I could sync up my contact list from Guesty to RingCentral.

Syncing HubSpot RC Chrome extension to RC desktop app directory
Recently, we've integrated RC with HubSpot, but the RC Chrome extension is only synced with HubSpot records such as contacts and leads. It doesn't sync with the main RC directory. Consequently, we can't transfer calls from the extension and can only make internal calls using the desktop app since the directory isn't accessible via the extension. Our goal is to sync both directories to enable seamless communication.

A Site's Custom Answering Rule should have the option to route calls to an External Number
Site has External Afterhours answering service. During Holidays calls to the site need to route externally but there is no option to route calls to an external number. Currently, to do so a User needs to be added to route the call.

Ability to filter the 'Related To/Associated to' record results based on Opportunity Stage.
Use Case: a high percentage of accounts for this customer have 10+ associated opportunities. The goal is to filter queried records in our SFDC - RingCentral integration by stage (for example their version of only seeing opps in stage 2/3/4) so that the relevant opportunity to log calls and activity against will tend to present, instead of a lengthier/trickier list of records to navigate.

Remove the option to edit/sync account for archiver on User level
I would like to remove the options to edit or changed the Google Drive / Box, etc accounts set by the Super admin. Users are able to change the connected account on the archiver for their extension. I wan one account for archiver account wide.
