We use various integrations with some of our chats that provide us updates from monitoring and status providers for our systems like Statuspage, OpsGenie, Pingdom, Jira, etc. The problem is that when the people who make the apps leave the company it breaks these integrations, and they are used by more than just the person who made them.   2. The URL should be easily shareable and lead to an interactive calendar that shows our availability based on our google/outlook calendar sync. They should be able to select open dates and times as well as input a reason or topic for the meeting.

  3. Details : Customer would like to integrate MS Teams with BT Cloud Work. They've downloaded the app and connected it, but when they try to use it to make calls it asks the user to download the RingCentral App (they have the BT branded app installed). If they download the RC app it doesn't allow them to log in.Significance of the feature : Customer advised that they use MS Teams a lot for their business and would like to integrate it with BT Cloud WorkCurrent behavior : Microsoft Teams embedded dialer is only available for RingCentral accounts

  5. There is a need to park calls privately, which is facilitated today via the Park Location feature in the admin console. However, in order to facilitate workflows managed by external systems via an integration, API functionality is needed. Specifically:* An API to retrieve a list of Park Locations* The Park Call API needs to be enhanced to allow a developer to specify a Park Location IDFor completeness, it would also be helpful to enable full create/update/delete operations for Park Locations so that they can be managed remotely as well.

Hello, we purchased 3 new Jabra evolve2 75 headset for some of our team members and I want to know if you have a better integration than the generic offered, although my sound is at maximum the sound via the RC app is low, incoming and outgoing, the answer button directly on the headset is not working also.

  11. It would be awesome to have an integration into the popular health & life insurance agent crm system. Another provider already works with them, but they are smaller and not as robust as RC. Ideal would be to log and save call recordings directly into client profile within AB and synchronize contacts into RC. AB currently works with Intulse VOIP

In the situation where I might transfer an inbound call to one of my users, to everyone else in the organisation, that user appears to be in an active call with me when they are not.   19. We just installed this system in our conference room. It only supports Zoom and Teams. We would like it to integrate with RingCentral. This would be a huge benefit to our team as we really like using RingCentral for video conferencing.

  20. Being able to see agents status's and call queues as it shows in the Avaya Cloud Phone App. Agents need to transfer to users that show available but status visibility is not available in RingCentral App.
