  1. RingCentral application to be available in Microsoft store

    RingCentral does not have an approved app in the Microsoft store.This doesn’t allow someone to work inside the company sandbox to create meetings and integrate with outlook as well as copy and paste anything needed

  2. Transfer/Forward call (pre-call control) to multiple folks simultaneously

    I'm building out some complex call routing. Listening to telephony events, and using the Telephony Call Control API, I have the ability to transfer a call to a specific user after doing a quick lookup on our CRM.In the event of no phone number in our CRM, we want to route the call to different groups of individuals. It's not the same group of individuals every time, it will fluctuate based on availability and last call taken. So any sort of custom call handling logic that RingCentral provides, won't suffice.The Telephony API, allows me to forward to a single extension.…

  4. Salesforce Integration Call Disposition Subject Default

    It would be great to be able to setup a specific defaulted Subject for the Task being logged for each call activity. Currently the user has to manually change it to something else, but it would be great to have the ability as an Admin to default the verbiage there to something that makes more sense for our team. In addition, adding the ability to make it dynamic with merge fields would be even more flexible as well.

  5. Allow RingCentral dialer and the Outlook Plugin to call number with "/" symbol

    calls to number with "/" symbol not going through>can not delete the character because we use the outlook plugin to dial a number from a signature without editing it. Because of an old standard the "/" is still used to separate the area code from the phone number in Germany

  7. Adding "Reservety" app to one of your supported apps

    We need to integrate Ring Central to our Rental tool, which is Reservety so we can send auto-text option that allows us to send delivery and pick up reminders to our customer's rentals.

    Window tint, graphics, ppf, detail shops that use ring central would be able to use a CRM like Tintwiz for creating client profiles, as well as finding clients from the past more easily

    We may have to leave ring central without this feature in place, as it's so integral to our business.

  10. Integration with Practice Panther

    I would like to be able to easily sync contacts between Ring Central and Practice Panther. I can't even do it using a Zapier bypass because the Ring Central options are so limited. The current "export contacts-edit contacts-rename doc-import contacts-pray" workflow is not in the least bit functional.

  11. Salesforce Avaya integration

    Avaya Cloud Office apps are not showing Salesforce account/contact information or logging communications to Salesforce, which has the RingCentral package. The two need to be integrated so that the Avaya Cloud Office apps can be used by Salesforce users who are away from their desks or prefer to handle communications on their mobile phones.

  12. Salesforce integration call pop up screen to appear even when salesforce is minimised.

    If a call comes through on salesforce but you are not working from that screen maybe you have another tab open you can not see that there is a call coming through. Therefore to add a pop up screen for all calls.

  18. RingCentral for Salesforce: Record Types and Picklists

    It would be helpful if the RingCentral for Salesforce integration allowed us to select which Record Type is used when creating Call Logs. Also, it would be helpful to enforce that only the expected values (e.g. in Picklists) are displayed to users. Presently, all active picklist values are displayed (irrespective of record type) which has the potential for errors during the call logging

  19. HUD feature available in Salesforce App

    The HUD feature in the RingCentral app that is great for our users to see who else is available when calls have to be transferred or escalated to another support tier. Currently this feature, or something similiar, is not available in the RingCentral for Salesforce App (Package Name: rcsfpackage). It would be useful to either have HUD or a similar object in the SF Org.
