  3. The RingCentral for outlook plugin works when creating an outlook invitation, it can invite people. The problem is that the passcode is not included in the one-touch link for private video conferences so those with the link still need to key in the passcode manually but most of the time it is not easy to find. The one-touch link should allow those who use to immediately be able to join the meetings without being asked to enter the passcode. This will not only be for convenience but also for safety as some participants join the meetings while driving.

  4. Currently, fax transmission results only show the main number and extension number. We would like to be able to see the direct number so that will be able to identify which direct number that fax transmission result is for.

  6. The request is for the click to dial/SMS toggle option to be separated into individual settings, giving the user to option to turn either of these on or off so that when the hover over a phone number only the call option is presented and not the SMS.

  9. Music On Hold with Random Selection. We would like to have as many messages as possible. Not always the same message. Random selection of audio files when a Client is placed on Hold. Have many messages in a Pool. The system would select on hold at RandomCurrently they hear the same message from beginning. Not as interesting as it could be.

  10. Currently, PagerDuty integration posts messages to RC that include only "Trigger Type", "Service", "Assigned To" and "Changed By". An incident identifier is also provided, but in our case is always "Incident: null"PagerDuty events contain a "Title" field which would be extremely useful if provided in RC. Right now, due to the limited information displayed, we have to go to PagerDuty to get details on every single event.Can the integration be updated to use the "title" or "description" in the display of the events?

Now in the era of e-commerce and considering the Shopify platform popularity increasing, would be great to have an integration (direct or Zapier) where when a new order in Shopify comes in (and it does have a phone number), to sync those details with RingCentral so when a customer calls to be an easier and friendlier way to answer and locate their details.

Add a feature that allows users to answer incoming calls when they are using the RingCentral for Salesforce softphone.Users should be able to answer, hold, and hang up incoming calls, as well as see caller ID and relates records in SalesForce.[added detail:] This should be available in both Lightning and Classic Salesforce.
