Hello, we purchased 3 new Jabra evolve2 75 headset for some of our team members and I want to know if you have a better integration than the generic offered, although my sound is at maximum the sound via the RC app is low, incoming and outgoing, the answer button directly on the headset is not working also.

Permit Retroactive Archiving of Data in the Archiver
I assumed the Archiver would permit me to save the past 90 days of data residing in RingCentral. This does not appear to be the case, though. The Archiver only allows me to save data going forward. So I must watch helplessly as my last 90 days of SMS messages disappear. I can save a lifetime of SMS/MMMS in my cell phone for no additional cost. I have to pay RingCentral extra to save the same type of data in THIRD PARTY CLOUD STORAGE.When I originally signed up for RingCentral, I had no idea of the minimal data retention limitations.…

Can you integrate with the Crestron 4-Series Control System?
We just installed this system in our conference room. It only supports Zoom and Teams. We would like it to integrate with RingCentral. This would be a huge benefit to our team as we really like using RingCentral for video conferencing.

Status and Queue visibility in RingCentral in Salesforce.com
Being able to see agents status's and call queues as it shows in the Avaya Cloud Phone App. Agents need to transfer to users that show available but status visibility is not available in RingCentral App.

Support for Azure & Windows 365 VDI environments
Getting a lot of requests from the Channel on when and how we will support the new release of Windows 365 VDI environment... as well as Azure VDI environments. Common theme seems to be that our Partners hope that we are quicker to support this VDI environment compared to our previous experience with Citrix and VMWare.

Salesforce plugin does not reflect intercompany name when dialing an extension.
It would be beneficial to have verify an intercompany extension or the reverse to have the extension show up when typing an intercompany name.

As a RingCentral customer I would like to see the development team look to offer infrastructure as code support for RingCentral, such as Terraform or Ansible. Allowing customers to automate the provision and ongoing management of resoruces in RingCentral accounts.As a customer with over 230 sites each with multiple users, IVRs, Queues and devices, being able to manage this as code provides both consistency and an ability to scale.Although the APIs are useful, our engineers prefer to work with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) as it is a lot easier. Add a field to capture the number a user dialed in the Salesforce Integration
The inability to attribute a phone call via Salesforce is a bit alarming as this is a huge miss on RingCentral's part. One of the primary reasons to have multiple phone numbers beyond the obvious of going to different people is to attribute where a user found you and called in from. The current Salesforce integration (July 2022) doesn't surface the number that was dialed and therefore lacks the capability to setup dashboards capable of attributing calls from various locations and ability to view the data alongside other Salesforce data.
