The "workaround" is unacceptable. If I turn off the "use headset control buttons to answer, end and mute phone calls" I lose the ability to do just that with my RC softphone.
This is a user hostile and anti-competitive "feature". This needs to be resolved ASAP.

Yes, this is a critical and basic feature to have! We have customers that are migrating from Mitel Connect and they expect this feature to be available!

The Teams app loading is horribly slow. I abandoned it immediately. It took upwards of 30 seconds to load on my PC. If you want to offer this feature, make it work well.

Agreed! We have a lot of school districts that need multicast paging to their phones in case of emergency. The config is simple to do, but time consuming as a partner because we have to touch every single phone. RC can add it to their config, but want wayyyyy too much money to make it happen.
Stop being greedy and help your customers have a better experience!

This is a much needed feature. We have a lot of customers that are migrating from other PBXs and keeping their existing, and compatible phones to use with RingCentral. Adding phones one at a time is a HUGE waste of time. Practically every other section in RC has a Bulk Add feature, and this is needed for BYOD phones as well!
