An error occurred while saving the comment Kevin commentedI would like to expand on this idea... I came from Cisco Emergency Responder, which had the option to send notifications via email and phone to a set list of users based on the caller's location (based on the ERL that was being used). It would be nice if RC allowed this flexibility.
Would be nice to only alert the security officer at the building that is receiving a 911 call, instead of all of them.

I wanted to build on top of this idea, because "Deskphone pairing" looks like a feature that is already in beta.
It would be nice if we didn't have to enable/disable this "Deskphone pairing" feature. The app would just detect that you're on a call on another device, and show call controls for that call. That way if you get a call on your deskphone (or cell phone through mobile app) you can still use your computer to transfer the caller to another extension without having to interact with your deskphone/mobile app.
This way, users don't have to choose. The app is always there to help make interacting with the phones easier.
