   I suggest that this can be read only version for standard users then editable version for superadmins.

   This helps save time for other user to create another template

    Analytics Report on RC App Login and Logout to be included in the Performance report.Like in the contact center platform, there should be the same report showing Login and Logout of an agent for productivity report.
