    this was a problem with my last partner and I am having the same issue with my new partner. There are still a lot of ShoreTel and Mitel Connect UC customers that use this feature. It would make transitions easier.

    this should be on all 400 series phones and 6900 series from MITEL. this will help with Migrating customer over to Ring with few issues or changes.
