    There appears to be a "direct dial extension" in RingCX but it does nothing. I don't know if it is part of this "future consideration" but this needs to be sped up. Being a current RingEX customer and upgrading to their RingCX platform, I never would have imaged that we would lose this simple functionality of internal 4-digit extension dialing. This is important - please make this happen sooner than later.

    This is a really good solution to a big oversight on the RNA feature that switches people automatically to unavailable the second they miss a call.
