Voicemail Disconnect Message
We found out that voicemails have a standard cap of 5 minutes and the system stops the caller from leaving a longer message. We are comfortable with this, however, we were told by RingCentral Support that the caller doesn't hear anything and the call stays connected, there is just no more recording. We were told, "When a caller hits our standard 5-minute voicemail cap, the system silently stops recording the audio to the server. It does not play an automated warning or forcibly drop the call at that exact second." It really should play an announcement or disconnect message.
