we should not be ask to dial the area code if we are using the same area code for our phone number or if we are on that same location. it would save us time and easier for user to call out if calling the same area code

account on multi site , when we dial direct line of user and press 0 , 0 dialing triggered that lead back to main site settings. want to have features where we can disable 0 dialing

should have a capability to change email address of user and sync on single email to easily manage it especially if there are testing needed to be done, yes we do have capability to do it upon creating a user but once a user has been established options to change it to the same email on file is no longer an option
