Company Directory Control enables admins to take control of the company contacts shown on employees' clients. In the User Details section you have to list Contact Phone number for Internal Ringcentral Purpose, as of right now you are unable to Hide/Show that number in your RingCentral App profile from users to see it (for example if that is your personal cell phone number and you don't need to show it to anyone)
