    Hi everyone, you are now able to customize the announcement played during the call. Learn where in the Admin portal to update here.

    While not the ability to completely turn off the announcement, this customization allows for different companies to take into account their unique compliance needs. If a disclosure is not needed, a silent recording could be uploaded as a workaround.

    Other systems I have worked on allow the end user to determine where the call can be overflowed to when the user is InCall and does not have call waiting enabled.

    I think this is a very useful to have available.

    It's handy to handy the CLI displayed as well as the park ID - it has always been a bug bear to me when you have or the other but not both!

    Most UC solutions I have worked on, cloud or on-prem, have supported this feature. It makes life much easier for the end user I they can pre-record different greetings and then choose the appropriate greeting when needed
