Prefer to have limit in place so when we go to transfer a call, we only see the site's extensions to transfer to instead of the whole corporate directory.

We have many business units under the same account and we want to restrict visibility of the company directory to each business unit. The company directory is bloated and unusable when you have all of these business units mashed together and there are 15 people with the same first name and you can't tell what their business unit is.

Additional thought, expanding the site access setting that has been recently implemented to have control over address book visibility, not just site numbers and caller ID list

Hi, We are working with a blind users on this application and we have multiple sites across the same Ringcentral account, it has been suggested I submit a feature request so that we can work towards hiding the company directory from specific users, this would allow for a site specific directory to only view the contacts from that site. At the moment the software is still unusable because our staff member is getting lost between the different sites as there is no way of her to be able to tell what site the extension is from, If we could filter by site or restrict access to the directory we think this could be a perfect solution

We need this feature to be able to hide specific employees view of the Company Directory as we dont want them to view the information of a certain company location, supervisor name of the other location and other sensitive info.

We have many sites in our company directory. It would be very beneficial to be able to filter the company directory by site. On top of that, have the default be only your site.

I'm noticing that users in any site have the contacts from all sites. Example - I made a site called "softphones" and got a new user set up with an account and immediately moved them to that site. NOTE:  
the corporate directory will still show across all devices regardless of site. The directory is designed to be all users within a UID. Unfortunately at this time we do not have a way to limit the directory by site so this would have to be a feature request.
