    It seems very strange on the Forward all calls screen that you can add a schedule, but limited to one entry. Surely it would make sense to allow multiple entries if you have planned activities across the year and you can pre-set.. Make no sense not to allow this multi entry feature

    It would be good to be able to arrange and size the icons. If you dont have too many users, the current layout is very small, and not very friendly.

    I understand if you have hundreds of users, then having large icons doesn't work as well, but if you allow icons to be sizeable in some way, surely that would be good for the end users experience ?

    also, again as an alternative to get to this utopia stage, have the ability to add multiple users or ALL the users from the client side. Only limiting this to add one user at a time on the screen makes this take PAINFUL.

    This seems silly not to have a global option which allows ADMINS to add all users into the HUD and distribute that config to one or many users.

    If it is all or nothing as an alternative, it certainly beats walking round and adding or training the user to do it... especially when you would have a large number of users to add.
