There is no need to promote anything new with Ring Central on a voicemail email to a users inbox. Especially if there are confidential messages. This is waisted space in email and can cause confusion for users. Send "email promotional" items to ADMINs' of account only. We already own your softwarte so no need for every little "ad." Makes RC seems to pushy and will avoid user confusion for "clickable" links ...

There is no need to push your new AI or any adds for that matter also. Please remove ALL these adds from emails delivered to our users. No need to use a company's user base for your marketing.
