Allow More Than 10,000 Contacts
With large organizations, 10000 contacts is nowhere near enough to support the amount of contacts we would like to sync into RingCentral for the Caller ID. This limit is arbitrarily low and should be raised.

I don’t have a big business, but I’ve amassed 10k contacts between 2023-2025 alone. I just switched to RingCentral this month and there was no indication there was a contact limitation when I signed up or when was importing them all. Further, there’s no way to easily filter to delete. How can I manually go through 10k contacts to delete???!!!

For large organizations, having a higher contact limit is essential for seamless caller identification and efficient communication. A higher limit would enhance productivity, reduce manual lookups, and improve the overall user experience. Raising this cap would make RingCentral more scalable and better suited for enterprise needs.

The current limit is 10,000, much better if we could increase it especially if we have a lot of contacts to add.

I own a taxi service line and we are constantly getting new clients, everyday. We add all our clients to our contacts. We already reached a maximum of 10.000 contacts. It would be nice if users had the feature to add more than that, and if possible, make it unlimitable, so we can have our database well orgnanized.
