There should be a toggle in the admin portal for permission (to slide a toggle bar) to allow or block robo calls. It would not allow the user level access, but only admins to unblock (to keep security locked down) and to provide extra protection for spam and robo calls. A use case; an HR dept with authentication codes from DIDs getting blocked form providers, should have the option to select allow/block so they can get a code to their desktop app or to mobile app.

This is a necessity as other phone providers have this option. This is paramount for receptionists and large organizations that need to have all calls sent to voicemail for callbacks promptly. Please get this done ASAP as you’re behind the gun on this one while others have this implemented!
