  1. We use handsets and also link to our CRM Pipedrive. We have 3 handsets each with their own user/extension. All phones are on simultaneous ring. If someone else picks up the phone, my handset and CRM show that I missed a call. It'd be great if we had to ability to turn off missed call tagging. Even if we miss a call it rolls over to our answering service so the missed call tagging just creates confusion and frustration that I have to clear the notifications on my handset and CRM everytime someone calls.

It would be helpful to send text messages at a specific time so it's more acceptable and professional, especially when it's late and we can only check it at a later time, we can at least draft a response and send it on a more acceptable time of the day.It would be helpful to schedule text messages so we can send them at a later time when it's more acceptable by professional means.

  3. Different from your current schedule task feature.This benefits the sender. The functionality should mimic sms. Just the simple ability to schedule communications to individuals or set direct teams. The ability to include attachments is necessary. For an example on Monday at 0900 message delivers to recipients- such as " on call sign up". I may be in another meeting at that time. But if I can plan for that prior that improves communication and functionality of your tool.

  5. There are times when office administrators are out of the office and not available to look at their phones, so this feature would allow for immediate responses to clients informing them of the protocol for immediate assistance.

  10. We need the ability to set up "out of office" for messages and text messages. If someone calls me, they know I am out of the office. If they text me, however, there us no way to set up an auto reply so the know I am gone and will respond when I return.

We are looking to not disturb coworkers on an active call and would like to set the default as sending a call to voicemail when on an active call rather than ringing through.If this isn't the default, it would be nice to have a toggle setting to change this behavior for call forwarding to voicemail during an active call

Having the ability to create folders or subcategories under the HUD feature would allow those user's who have many extensions listed, to be able to sort through those extensions to more easily locate the extensions they need at any particular moment or day. All user's who use the HUD feature would benefit from an additional features like this.It would simply work exactly like Folders under the Message tab. Have the ability to add new Folders, name the Folder, place extensions in the Folder, and move the Folders' orders.

  14. Allow callers to press 0, * or # and be transferred to another phone number when the caller reaches your voicemail greeting. Voicemail owners would prefer giving callers a choice on whether to leave a voicemail message, or transfer to another person like an operator, individual or ringing group. Allow within a users voicemail setting to configure the 0, *, or # destination when a caller reaches an individual voicemail box.

  15. The User Reset and Assign capability is only available for users with a Super Admin role. It would be beneficial if this capability was an option when creating a custom role. There are areas of the Super Admin role that some of my team members should not have access to. Currently they are deleting the user and adding them back in which is much less efficient. Also deleting a users removes them from ring groups which we do not want to happen.

  17. Hello, we would like to use our Custom Fax Cover page for the entire company, (users with extensions) We must provide a disclaimer on our fax cover page as we send faxes with sensitive data. Currently our only option is to assist each of our end users to use the RC App or RC Phone App walking them through adding the custom cover page, and using the application to send faxes. We'd prefer to use SMTP / email to send out faxes, but then it reverts to using the templates provided by RingCentral. Currently it is 'Contempo' but it does…

  18. Many of our customers request more options in terms of creating logic for Custom Answering Rules, and Smart Holiday Options.
    Request to add:
    - Options to specify something like "The second Tuesday of every
    month from 9 AM to 5 PM"
    - Options to specify something like "Annually on May 10 from 9 AM to
    5 PM"
    - Options to "Repeat every ## [Days, Weeks, Months, Years] and end
    [Never, On __ Date, or After __ occurrences)
    - Option to select smart major Holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving,
    etc.) that don't need to be updated every year.

  19. Many of the included ringtones are not attention grabbing or dont really sound like a phone. The ringcentral phone app for desktop (phone icon) has this feature, I think it should also be added to the RingCentral app (R icon) which is supposed to be more feature rich.

  20. Managing the holiday hours for our locations requires us to manually enter in a custom answering rule for each company holiday for each location. For us that is over 600 manual entries and counting that need to be made each year. This could easily be eliminated by having a master holiday setting that could be applied to lines, queues, or ring groups in the account. Another way to accomplish this would be to have holiday call handling templates built-in.
