  1. I get numerous faxes, robocalls and the like, and would lkie to be able to simply select several and delete all at once. At present, you need to open each call, fax, message, and delete individually. Very inconvenenient and time-consuming, especially when unwanted calls are often

  3. The message pane containing favorites, folders, and conversations used to be able to collapse. This was incredibly helpful - especially in work from home setups - as it saved room on our screens. Currently, the message panel has a fixed minimum width.Let's restore the collapsable message pane!

  4. if an ext will transfer a call to a diff ext, phone number of the original caller should reflect instead of the one transferring the call

  5. This is useful because sometimes you need to reference a dinosaur in a chat. This would benefit me specifically as I recently needed to reference a dinosaur and couldn't. It should work by clicking the emoji button and scrolling down to animals and at least 4 dinosaur options should be available (minimum of T-Rex, Brachiosaurus, Stegosaurus, Triceratops)(Pteranodon if a 5th is an option). Also a T-Rex with grabber arms would be nice (it's funny because T-Rex's have short arms.)

  6. Please create either a system wide MSI or EXE installer with auto update that can be installed with one user profile on a computer and be available with all other profiles old and new.Right now if we install using the exe installer it will auto update but the next user will need to have RingCentral installed on their profile. Or if we install using the msi installer under an administrator profile other users will also have RC available next time they log in but it doesn't get updates automatically and IT has to either push those updates out or manually…

  8. Every day I switch between the same custom statuses. Rather than using generic 6 that are shown, I would rather it saved my last 6 that I used or accesses after initial use. This is a convenience thing with not having to type the same thing each time I change my statuses back and forth and choose custom emoji to match. I never use the generic status options so this would save a lot of time throughout the day!!!

  9. Date and time stamp should be included in all text messages being sent within the RingCentral desktop app. At times, this is used in conjunction with our Accounting team to receive confirmation from users to approve certain matters. Having the text message only read 'today' does not help to validate when the communication actually took place (date and time). The only time date and time is included together is when it's a past date.

  10. Remove the missed call notification for queue members when another queue member answers the call. Only display missed call notification when no one in the queue answers the call.

  11. I would love to see a search bar for texts so I can search for the last time I texted someone. I do a lot of group texts, so I cannot just pull up the individual contact to see the history. I would love to be able to search for all the group texts including a specific individual.

Before the end of September 2022, the enter key of the NUMPAD used to work when dialing on the RING Central Desktop app. For example, you dial the number on the dial pad and then press enter on the numpad. This is greatly effecient for many of us that make frequent calls because we would use the numpad to dial the number then enter to dial the number. Easy. Now the feature is gone, with no replacing feature. Why? There is no reason to remove it. Please reinstate it.

  17. When forwarding incoming outside calls, we need the outside caller ID to pass through to the forwarded number. It would be useful when passing along calls to other numbers if we could also pass along teh caller ID as well

  19. We have multiple users opening messaged on the same app. We use main business phone number to receive all the text messages. When one of the users reads the message and realizes it was not for him we have to send a group text message to let others know that they opened the message. I can only unread it on my phone app not no one in the team can unread it on the desktop app.

  20. The "mute conversation" feature could be improved, as they do not truly mute. I wish a muted conversation did not populate the notification bubble on desktop or mobile apps. In app, the conversation could just be bold instead of populating the unread messages bubble. To me, the notification bubble always signals I need to read a message. Until I'm in the app I can't tell if it's something I really need to address (an unmuted team) or something that I really didn't (a muted team).
