Sync external contacts of a user for non MVP users to Mitel phones
To be able to access a directory of contacts whereby the contacts are for video pro users. In this example a user contact information. The contacts should be accessible from Mitel phones, current work around is use of RC desktop app which works fine, but would be ideal to have it incorporated or sync to mitel.

Enter account information after company number is dialed
As part of caller verification, after the caller will dial the number, there should be an option in the IVR system where they can enter their account information i,e. account number for security purposes.

french local numbers 09
the french local 09 numbers ex: +33912345678 , must be considered as local numbers in our dialplans as the 01,02,03, 04& 05 , not premium ones.
the 09 numbers are free of charge (the only difference compared to the other local prefixes 01,02,03,04 & 05 is that the 09 numbers are non geographical). they must be all whitelisted as well on our SBC so that customers can reach them easily from any of our product REX, RCX, etc ....

Provide additional Filters to allow a better customer experience when migrating users to Direct Routing
Currently, when a customer wishes to migrate their users to RingCentral Direct Routing in Service Web, they presently have 3 x options:
Migrate All Options
Migrate Specific Users
Upload list of users to migrate.In the 2nd Option – Migrate Specific Users; the Admin can only search for 1 x user at a time, by telephone number, and has to drop the leading “0” to ensure the Search works correctly.
The Search option should be changed to allow the Admin to search by Name, (First, Last) as well as by phone number, WITH the leading “0”, and allow multiple selections.

Bulk Convert Phones to Hot Desk Phone
Facility to convert unassigned phones to hot desk phones in bulk would save lots of time in all deployments that are inclusive of such devices as the flow to do so is roughly 30-60 seconds per device and is very monotonous. With hundreds or thousands of phones this is very inefficient.
Would suggest something akin to the Bulk Device Replacement.

HUD- ALL option is missing
After the recent update for the RingCentral application, the HUD option is missing the ALL option feature.
The customer and partner want to revert it when the HUD is showing the ALL option.

Bring the Dial Pad back on the right side of the app
Remove the dial pad from the column next to the Calls and Voicemail tabs. It is more convenient to have the dial pad on the right side so we can easily dial a number from the call history. Or have the option to have the dial pad be dragged on the right side like how it used to.
