  2. TTS is avaiable in an IVR, for the personal extension you only can use either the default section oder you can record and upload a prompt. You can input directly as text and have this as TTS. There are several occasions where this is beneficial for an end user to swiflty change prompts.

  4. Mitel phones, such as the 6940W, should show the proper caller ID of presence synced users vs a BLF string. Currently, the call history on these devices show a BLF string, which is confusing to customers. The ask is to have the proper caller ID for the user show during the call at all times and in the call history at all times.

  5. Please add options to the media player used in Service Web > Call Logs as current the 8kHz mono MP3 format is not adequate quality for clear playback.

    Options to play the uncompressed/higher quality recording without having to download the recording would improve the function and service greatly.

  6. After the recent update for the RingCentral application, the HUD option is missing the ALL option feature.

    The customer and partner want to revert it when the HUD is showing the ALL option.

  8. To create a call rule where certain Contact phone numbers calling in go directly to a specific voicemail. There are hundreds of these phone numbers, so adding them one at a time to the call rule is not feasible.

  11. Currently, the RingCentral App allows multiple account sign-ins only when the accounts are not using Single Sign-On (SSO). If SSO is enabled for one or more accounts, users are unable to add and switch between them. This creates a limitation for users who need to manage multiple SSO-enabled accounts.

  15. We have just recently started testing the AI functionality with RingCentral and we noticed that even though the notes are very accurate, they are also very short and miss a few quantitative data points we think would be interesting to have collected.

    We are in the healthcare industry and some of those data points would include the Member ID, NPI, Date of Service, TIN, etc.

    Are those settings we can change in the application to have some more extensive notes taken? Or is this feedback we can share for future development maybe?

  18. Currently, in RingCentral user ring settings, each “ring” is defined as 5 seconds of ring time. However, the audible ringtone pattern differs by device (e.g., desktop app, desk phones, mobile apps). For example, when a user sets their ring setting to 3 rings (15 seconds), they may hear 6 audible rings on the desktop app instead of 3. This inconsistency causes confusion for users who expect the audible ringtone count to match the configured ring count.

  19. Transfers - can we please have a feature implemented where end users can choose to have original caller ID displayed when transfered?
    I.E:
    Caller A calls the company, Employee B answers the phone and cold transfers to employee C. Employee C either answers or doesnt. By default in EX you only can have Employee B shown as the Caller ID. This isn't ideal in every environment.

    We would like Caller A info to be displayed for employee C, instead of employee B's info.
