Allow for look up of existing speed dials
Our company was set up with 3-digit speed dials for some of our affiliate locations. The current Ring Central app does not allow us to "look up" or view these speed dials. As such, the user has to know the 3-digit code for the specific location in order to use it. These speed dials should be able to be searched like when searching for another user, where one can type either the name or Ring Central brigs up available/possible options as the user starts typing number digits. Fax Routing based on phone number
Wanted to be able to create a custom rule or a fax recipient option based on their phone number. If someone sends a fax number from this number then it should go to this email 1, if another fax number sends from another number then fax message will go to this email 2. It will be depending on the sender's number that they will receive the incoming faxes.

Ability to send 5000+ faxes using Email-to-Fax
From time to time we send fax campaigns to other doctors with communication about our clinics. We use email-to-fax rcfaxbroadcast.com feature to which we had been pre-approved for years. Over the past few months we noticed that we cannot send out usual volumes when we need. We receive error 421 at our end informing that remote (your) smtp server defers emails after initial connection. Can someone please look into this as it looks like your SMTP servers try to defer high-volume email senders. Can we please investigate and lift the restrictions
