  2. On the Poly VVX-450 the only way to create button speed calls is to create it locally within the phone. I'd like to this this work within the RingCentral User/Admin WebGUI just like it is for Presence for other users. Along with other buttons, such as turning on forward for service calls to an after hours call center.

  4. We have just discovered the RingCentral add-on for Chrome and see that weare able to call and text directly through there. We are wondering ifmessaging functionality (like the existing messaging platform through theRingCentral app) will be added in the future - we would love to be able totrim down the number of apps we use. Please let me know if there is a planto implement this.

  5. We are needing to have an area on the App for members to review a VM and then assign it to a specific member. a simple drop down of members in that que is all that would be needed. This is so a specific member can cull through VM's to see which need to be assigned to specific members for reaching back out to customers. i have attached a example from our last provider. we also attached the RC app to show where it would be best for this info to be located.

  6. Anyone that uses paging devices could benefit from this and need improvement. It is impractical to have to dial a lengthy paging number and not even have it stored in the directory. By not offering this ability in RingCentral, the users have to maintain a separate directory just for paging numbers. This is highly inefficient.

  8. In theory could replace User Groups, or be added as a second option. The current User Groups experience lacks massively, but otherwise allows for functions that our organization specifically needs, particularly in continued management, and scalability.Use Case: 40 employees in one department, with one department manager, and three team leads. The team leads AND department manager require call recording access to each member underneath them. This department is specific to one Site (we are multi-site), where we have other sites with a sister department and different manager/team leads for that site (for instance, Sales 1, Sales 2, etc).   9. Party initiating the conference call,may at time need to answer another call, or whatever would cause them to need to leave the call momentarily and be able to return to it. Likewise, If other parties hangup, the conference call would be dropped from hold or park.

Hi Team,We have been receiving concerns that customers are unable to log in using the Express Link as their email filtering service either on the PC or phone is adding info on the string like https://mimecast.com or https://urldefense.com prior the express link. We would like to submit a request to avoid issues whenever the express links are filtered by email filtering services.

  14. Our company synced our RingCentral account to our Zoho CRM, but the CRM contacts are not shared/synced back to RingCentral's contact database in either the RC desktop or mobile apps. Please add a feature to sync the contacts between the two systems.

  18. Just got an Alexa Echo Show 8. Would like to see a RC Phone app for it. On the show, maybe it could do video, as well. I did see the Meetings app, but I don't want a meeting--I want a 1-to-1 experience just like voice phone.

After speaking to a Contact Center Engineer, it is my understanding that you are able to log into RingCentral.com using ANY phone number assigned to Auto-Receptionist and a valid extension.Please limit either the ability to log into RingCentral.com to ONLY the main company number and a user's assigned number/numbers OR (preferably) create a feature where admins can set which phone numbers are allowed for logging into RingCentral.com
