Make rules easier to use
Change the way you enter the date and time within a custom rule. Rather than a scroll wheel and date picker, allow us to manually write the date and time. I think this would save a lot of time when having to apply the rule to more than one call queue. Or, allow a 'super rule' that when turned on applies to multiple call queues of your choosing. Utilize the intercom feature without having to dial user extension
We would like to have the ability to press "Intercom" then press a user extension rather than having to look for and dial the recipients extension.

Add Titles to Recorded Meetings
Currently when looking at your recorded meetings it titles then "Scheduled Meeting" instead of the Meeting name, or a custom name we can title the recording. Having the recording titled with either the meeting name or allowing a custom name will greatly benefit searching recordings. Currently if we wanted to look at a recording from say last week, we have to look at a few recordings to find the correct one.

Ring Out improvements
I've seen some users like the ring out option vs. the mobility app (we could try and steer users that way). The downsides to the feature that I think would be greatly improved are as follows, this is VERY similar to the Mitel/Shoretel Extension Assignment feature, but is just a little more simple of a feature. 1. Allow dialing internally to extensions. I can work around it now with a menu and external number that staff use first to connect and then finish with their cell phone, etc. 2. Call Pickup Groups: Support Queue Calls
Hi,Please can you add support for queues in call pickup groups?We have a use case across our business where individuals / functional areas of our stores do not want to be members of queues or as overflows, but optionally pickup a call for colleagues in another (functional) area who's phone/device may be located in close proximity. Make the SMS resend icon actually work
When an SMS message fails to send there is a small red redo/resend arrow next to it. It however does nothing but in the "desktop phone" app this resend button works to resend the message.

On a Ring Central Line with a physical phone assigned to it we would like to have a field in the Admin Portal that limits the number of ...
...incoming calls to that line with so that a second call that comes in will go to voice mail. Right now we are bound by the feature of 10 incoming calls before going to voice mail.. One of our lines is used at a business that receives a lot of phone calls and the staff that man the phone sometimes are not used to taking multiple calls at one time. User can swap user site with a single tap for outbound caller ID from the RC App

The ability to delete inactive texts/contacts from 6+ months
So I have a BUNCH of texts from people who I haven't texted in 6+ months that are clogging up my RC Phone app. It runs so slowly and it's because I have an astronomical amount of text messages from the past in the app. I want to be able to delete any phone numbers/text messages that I haven't messaged or called 6 months ago or beyond.

Auto Mute using Audio-Proximity/Facial Recognition/Gesture-Sensing for hands-free calls.
The video app can clearly make a distinction between background noise and when a person speaks. Moreover, in video communication, the client can have some AI capabilities that can detect using image processing if someone's lips are moving and indicating they are speaking. Also, gesture sensing is possible like raising hands and indicating interest in speaking. With this in mind having a toggle option between manual mute and auto-mute could be a viable feature. Download option for Meeting and Call Recordings in Mobile App
Since there was no option to share the recording to external contacts, there should be an option to download the Meeting and Call recordings in the mobile app especially if it's your only available device when you need to send it.

Add Controls so Admins can control who has access to what tiles in the app
As an admin we can not currently hid the "Apps" tile. We don't allow our users to download or install applications on their own, we would like the ability to hid this. Admins should have controls on all applications to either prevent access by role or to hid this as a company setting.

The text is cut off when editing the task
On RC Classic: When you open a task to edit it, you can press and hold the corner button that allows you to expand the field. This feature is missing in the new app.Why it's useful: When you have a lot more information to add to a task than just a few sentences, it becomes tedious to scroll through a tiny window to see what I was typing. Also, when editing, part of the text is simply cut off and disappears if you save the task. This is very inconvenient and interferes with work. Please fix this bug.

Ability to hide icons Apps, Phone, Text, and Fax on MVP, Mobile app and browser for FinServ Customers with compliance
This is a new customer and they requested these icons be removed like what they did for Messaging. They use Teams and have a Cisco PBX are do not want these icons as they confuse the end users. They will be using RC for Video and Audio conf but wanted the full Ultimate license so at some point they can from Cisco phones to RC. Customized dialpad in desktop app
When using the dialpad in the application, I should never have to leave that window to perform any normal phone based function. Buttons should be intuitive and common functions should never be hidden under a “…” More button. Most users will never use/need the “Video” function on a voice call and yet it is a central button on screen during a voice call, but the “Transfer” function that is very commonly used by most users is buried under “More”.
