Collecting customer feedback after a call or X amount of calls in the day
RingCentral feature that could be turned on on queues for all members, or extensions, for collecting feedback after the end of a call or option of after every few/X amount of calls. Example, When a caller calls a number/extension/queue group that has the feedback feature "on" , to ask the customer to wait after the call ends to stay for a brief survey. Either an automated satisfaction option of scale to 1 star(poor) to 5 start(best) with option to record a brief "voicemail feedback" if customer/caller chooses, such recorded feedback could be assigned to a mailbox email of a RC…

Centralized Contact List for all the extentions
Can we have a centralized contact list where all of our contacts can be accessed by different extensions. What we have now is if I'll add a contact my team mates can't see it. They have to ask me for the details and in the event that I am out of office it'll be hard for them to reach that contact without me. If only, we have the option to see all the contacts all across extensions that'll be great!

Bypass Extension Greeting Internal call trnasfers
Would like the option to bypass the greeting when calls are transferred from/to an internal extension but leave the greeting intact when calls are made inbound to the direct number/extension.

When using the web version of RC - add a way to suppress background noise
When using the RC phone app or in meetings we have the ability to suppress background noise. We utilize the RC Contact Center and have received customer complaints on noise level. The RC web phone does not have the ability to suppress.

HUD Ring Desktop Application Active Call - Privacy???
Using the ring desktop applications HUD, a receptionist when looking to see if a user is on the phone can also see who the user is on the phone with (Phone number + Name).HUGE privacy concerns. Why should any user be able to see who the CEO or Human Resources is on the phone with, name + phone number?Howcome access controls are not in place for this?

Soft phone integration with desk phone
Currently, there does not seem to be an integration with the RingCentral MVP App and our desk phones. Meaning if I am logged in to the APP there is no feature that allows me to make the App my primary source for calls. If I am logged into the App, both the App and my desk phone will ring.

Set Outgoing Caller ID for all numbers on assignment
Currently, when a user is added to the RingCentral Admin Console our IT Support team has to go manually adjust every phone number listed in the user's Outgoing Caller IDs section to match their main phone number rather than use the company mainline. It would be great to have all Outgoing Caller IDs set at once to save them having to update 9 different boxes.

To have an available option on the messaging notifications of the user for fax transmission that only the sender of the email to fax wil...
...l receive the transmission result and not the email address added to the transmission result messaging notifications.. Right now the only workaround is to put a dummy email on the messaging notification for fax transmission to enable it, and for the sender of the fax to receive the fax transmission result, it will be easier to configure for everyone if there's a certain option who to received the fax transmission since not everyone knows the workaround and it will save time to other businesses calling support to configure and to find the workaround to address their needs.

Allow app users to see if another user is on the phone
When working from home or using the app we are not able to see if another user is on the phone. To find out, we must call that person to see if they answer or are available. If we were able to see this off the bat as we are on the desk phones, then we would not have to guess or call the user. Instead we can say to the caller "I see that the person you are trying to connect with is on the phone right now" and you can ask them to hold until you see the…

Identify that a Call Has Been Forwarded to Recipient
Let's say I go on vacation and forward all my calls to Deana. When someone calls my line and the call forwards to Deana it should have an identifier similar to queue calls - FRWD FRM Heather Franklin-Tupper or something to that effect. That way Deana knows the person originally called for me but they got forwarded to her.

Set out of office time frame with alternate call handing and voicemail settings
Every time I am out of the office, I change my call handling to not ring any devices and I set my voicemail to a custom message. When I return, I need to change them back which I sometimes forget to do. Other products, such as Microsoft Office, have the option to set a time frame when you will be away. The changed settings only apply to that time frame. It would be helpful to have the same functionality in the RingCentral App.

Add SMS Texting to BYOC Licensne
We switched a couple of our office locations to BYOC licensing and lost the ability to SMS Text. The SMS Text option should be added to the standard BYOC product license. It is a vey handy feature and our staff love it for communicating with our customers. It allow them to give one number to customers for all communications.

Allow Customization of Dial Pad
It would be nice if we could customize the dial pad and move "Hold" and/or "Transfer" out of the "More" options, onto the main pad, if we didn't use some of the options in the main pad as much. Similar to the browser version of the dial pad, where those are just on the main pad, not buried.

Show Extension to connect
Whenever a caller calls the main number and wants to be connected to a specific extension, when the caller is about to be connected to that extension, the name of the extension should appear on the screen.

Do not disconnect all callers when organizer leaves conference call
When a receptionist or executive assistant for example assembles a group of people in a conference call, once everyone is on the call, if the organizer then leaves the call, the entire conference call ends and everyone is disconnected. We need a way for an organizer to create a call, add a bunch of people to it, then slip out the back door without ending the call they created.

Missed call notifications should sync between desk phone and apps
We have different phone groups. When the phone rings and one member of the group picks up the phone, the other members of the group receive missed call notifications. They should not receive the notification unless all members do not pick up the phone. When a user's phone rings, their mobile or PC app also rings. If they pick up the phone on their desk phone, then the app on their mobile phone or PC shows a missed call.
