  5. It would be helpful to add a comments/notes field to the device order process to enter any information related to the order. IE: if for a specific project, group of new users or conference room/s that you do not have detail for yet or internal PO information, etc.... Anything that would help identify the order when you have multiple orders in progress for different for tasks.Could apply to additional number/POC requests.

  7. It would be great if Super Admin have full access to VM and SMS of all the user on the account in the Admin Portal. As a Super Admin, they should be able to view these information for review and reporting on the same place they are managing the settings of the account

  11. Emergency Location keeps popping up whenever starting the RC applications on the computer/desktop. We'd like to check if it's possible to incorporate the emergency location settings (like options to keep the address as is and won't be asking to confirm whenever opening the apps). This will lessen the hassle from the customers' part.

  12. I would like to request an enhancement for our meeting scheduling feature. Currently, when scheduling a meeting using "meeting info," the meeting does not appear on the "Upcoming Meetings" tab, making it challenging for users who do not utilize Microsoft or Google calendars.Adding this functionality would greatly improve the user experience by enabling easy tracking of meetings scheduled through "meeting info."Thank you for considering this request.

Currently, it is normal behavior that if you forward the calls to other numbers ( 10 digits numbers) it will only ring the device that is online on the account (deskphone)It would be beneficial for us if there would be an option to make the application also ring if we forward the call to a different RingCentral number ( different account ).

  14. RingCentral Extension in the Brave browser (based on Chromium/Chrome). Turn off the notifications generated by the extension, but every time I try to block them, it automatically selects Allow. Need to disable the notification via the browser and not from the Windows notification settings, because if it's disabled via Windows notification it will also disable all browser notifications from installed extensions on any browser.

  15. I would love to be able to send a text from a template. It is useful when I am introducing myself to new clients. It would also be helpful to be able to hit a button when you have a call waiting to let them know you saw their call and will touch base with them when you become available. Modern cell phones an even smart watches have this option. Even the Bluetooth option on my car has an option to auto respond to texts. I believe this would be a valuable tool for agencies.   19. The Dial tone are too short and it is not being recognized by other companies, We would like to have a feature wherein the tones on the app will work the same as the physical phone where you can hold and press the number so that the tone would stay longer when you press it.

  20. If RC is blocking transmission of calls or faxes because it determines that they are robocalls, both the sender and the intended recipient should be made aware that they are not going through. That way, the sender can contact the intended recipient directly if it is a direct or important transmission, and the intended recipient has the opportunity to "white list" the number. Example: I am a medical doctor and a laboratory has been blocked from sending me faxes, which may actually be important patient results!
