  1. Print to fax directly from the browser or other application using RC App print to fax plug-in

    When using the old RC Phone App (Spartan) by printing directly from multiple browsers, the attachment will just add up (normal)

    When using the New RC App Glip (Jupiter) by printing directly from multiple browsers, the attachment will replace the previous attachment (not normal)
    In ther words, only 1 attachment is allowed at a time.

    Customer requested that if possible to mirror the functionality of RC Phone app print to fax plug-in

  2. Messaging Administration - is currently only accessible from the RingEX thick-client application. Secondly, the Manage Super Admins is also restricted to access from the RingEX thick-client application.

    The simple suggestion is to move these functions to the standard Web Admin portal.

  3. As an Admin, I should be able to disable Automatic Call Notes for an end-user who has enabled it or set as a permission based on roles. Currently you can only disable or enable AI notes, but at the end-user level, only the user can control automatic call notes. There should also be a lock out option based on role or applied to a template.

    USE CASE: I don't want ever internal to have Notes or Transcription turned on, but I want to allow the end-user to allow AI notes for external customer calls after they have asked permission. This…

  4. RingCentral should provide the capability to manually opt out a number directly within the RingCentral app’s text tab and settings upon verbal request from clients or customers. This functionality would greatly enhance convenience for business owners and their customers by enabling them to efficiently and promptly process opt-out requests.

  7. Access to the AL numbers reserved on the customer UID Number Storage:

    1. We need to have access to see the list of numbers reserved on the Number Storage list.
    2. The ability to move numbers from Number Storage to Inventory.
    3. Only available to Super Admins.

  8. Allow sending fax using G.711u.

    At the moment, RingCentral only supports T.38 for faxing.

    There are customers that are still using G.711u for faxing. We need to make sure that it works regardless of the transmission method.

  9. A feature is requested to enhance RingCentral's role-based access controls by allowing administrators to restrict user access to call recordings based on both site and department attributes. For example, a manager assigned to a specific site and department should only be able to access call recordings for users within that same site and department — ensuring more granular control over data visibility and security across organizational units.

  10. Requesting to have the ability to modify the template for our account when sending activation emails in both RingCentral Office (RingEX) and RingCentral Contact Center.

    This will allow a more uniform approach when onboarding new members and emails will look less like a phishing scam.

  13. The administrator would like to configure Call Handling so that, regardless of the total number of members in the call queue, only two calls can be active at any given time. Once those two calls are in progress, any additional incoming callers will be automatically placed on hold until one of the active calls is completed. This setup ensures that no more than two calls are handled simultaneously, providing better control over call volume and member workload.

  16. The Admin Portal needs to have a feature where users with an extension can send a text message to the number, which will provide information depending on the users' questions, such as schedules.

  19. On our old messaging platform you could set DND for 15 mins, 30 mins, 1 hour, 1 day and then it would AUTOMATICALLY go back to normal. Same thing with status messages- you could set them to display for an amount of time and then go back to available/or whatever default status needs to be. Could you please add this functionality?
