  1. We would like the ability to customize or remove the default "Thank you for calling. Goodbye" message that plays when a caller takes no action after the prompt is repeated three times in the IVR menu.

    For businesses that prefer fully personalized greetings, there should be an option to edit or remove this message—just like other customizable greetings and messages within the RingCentral Phone System. This would help maintain consistency with a company’s branding and communication style.

  4. Ability to FLIP a call from the desktop application to the deskphone prior to the receiving party connecting. As is currently designed, the CALL FLIP can ONLY occur after the call has been connected. The problem with this is that once a call has been FLIPPED, hold music will play. This is very distracting to the party being called and does NOT provide for a smooth transfer. It should appear seamless to the party being called and not disrupted with hold music.

  5. I want to request the ability to have a call queue that allows for a "simultaneous" ring style, with the option to include an overflow system. Overflow members can only be added if the routing method is set to "Fixed" or "Longest Idle." This limitation challenges our organization, forcing us to use routing methods unsuited to our needs.

    It would be highly beneficial if all primary members in a call queue could have their phones ring simultaneously, and in the event none of them answer, the call could then be routed to the overflow queue. The fixed order routing method…

  6. is there a setting for that "Set DND status from Do not accept call queue calls to Take all calls"? I have the users set to on for both member status and queue status as well as making sure they cannot edit their status but I don't see any DND status.

  8. Unlike the RC meeting solution, RingCentral Video doesn't allow the user to automatically receive a security notification when someone enters his virtual room using the url meeting. However this feature is useful in case the user doesn't want to secure his virtual room with a password instead.

  14. When sending a fax via email, the fax header and cover letter currently include the full email address (ie: 1234567890@rcfax.com. The customer only wants the destination fax number (ie: 1234567890) to appear on the header and the coversheet aligning with their branding and improving readability for receipients.

    This enhancement would provide gerater flexibility and professionalism, catering to customer-specific needs and increasing satisfaction with the email to fax feature.

  15. Hello, company with Smart ACR active here. We are interested in the outbound call data of our employees and want to minimize the potential of sales calls being hindered by the recording message. I'd like to suggest a customization option to edit the options for when a two-party or one-party state is contacted, where if a one-party state is connected the call records with no message, and if a two-party state is connected to not record the call at all.
