  2. When clicking on a GIF it automatically sends. It would be nice if it was added to the text field so we can add a message to accompany the GIF. In our office, we like to do birthday shout-outs and currently, we have to send two separate messages, one with the gif and the second with the shout-out. It would be nice if it could be one message together.

    Can you increase our companies contact limit to like 1,000,000?

    Currently the limit is 10,000 and its hurting our experience because we need all hubspot contacts in ring central for simple usage..

  7. = customer wants to know how to edit cover page on the RC app
    = customer needs to edit the current vaialble cover page template on her RC app
    = explained to customer that we can add cover page but cannot edit the existing cover page templates (standard user)
    = explained that it is an app limitation
    = customer understood, agreed to send FR on her behalf

  11. Editing Fax Cover Page
    Need to be able to edit the cover page on the fax.
    Our company cover page keeps disappearing and when added back to the cover pages, it cannot be edited, nothing can be added to it. Can't even add an optional note when sending the fax. Please fix ASAP.

  20. We are hoping to set our fax number to forward to an external fax number. We have spoken with technical support and troubleshooted the issue. We were able to set the fax to forward to an external number; however, the fax message that should be sent to email is not being received from the fax emails in the notification. We are able to get the notification, but the attachment is being received in the external number notification.
