The ability to schedule DND
I would like to see the ability to schedule DND hours in the RingCentral app. using Incoming Call Rules

Agree with this feature. Setting DND manually every day is a pain. For instance, currently there is no way to set a Lunch Rule, so no calls at all ring my phone. Since the only way to mute all calls(Internal and External) is to use DND.

Would be so incredibly useful - individual users still need to manually toggle Queue Member Status or DND at the beginning and end of their work day to effectively have work hours. The work hours settings seem to do nothing without this feature.
