  7. We are a multi national, and so are our customers. so our customers email signatures are formated with their international numbers.

    we would like to beable to copy the number from their signature and paste it in to ring central, and for ring central to call them

    We need
    +44 07538710448
    +44 (0) 7538710448
    and any other variation like
    04475 38710 488

    all to translate to a working number +447538710448 which will work.

    so we need a leading 0 to change to +
    and bracketrs and spaces to be removed
    if the 4th number is a 0 for it to…

  12. When I'm trying to download multiple documents at once it downloads those documents in .json file, it doesn't fix after restarting and redownloading one by one. On the other hand, downloading one at a time takes a lot of time and the problem occurs in one at a time also

  15. Please please please remove or change the "Greet caller with a message feature". It needs to be redesigned, at the very least in the dial in voicemail system.

    It is very often confused for setting the voicemail greeting. It is our top ACO issue...clients set this thinking they are setting there Voicemail Greeting and then 'cannot get inbound calls'.

  16. To make a cost effective Call Center with a Multi Site settings under Admin Portal, we suggest, if we can have different number inventory for every site we have instead of assigning the number to an extension. We want to see the list of number under which site that is ready for use.

  17. Other companies offer a way to "flag" text messages to better track what you are working on. I'd like to have a flag to remind me I'm still waiting on an answer or it needs follow up. It would be great if there were different flags that I could customize to fit my needs. It would be nice if we could "Pin" a text feed so it always shows up at the top.

  18. we found the fix, there was not an automatic update. I've changed the timezone from CST = GMT-6, to CST = GMT-5.

    Just the feature request that the system update the timezone automatically on time change dates.

    changed in manually to GMT-5 and now I know to do that when the clocks change again.

  19. I would like to suggest a feature for adding a much more detailed view of when a user is added and/or removed from the SMS business campaign. Currently when removing a phone number from the SMS campaign, it shows who made the change and the number that was removed. When we add a phone number, it only states "1 number(s) was/were assigned to the registration "Registered Brand" so we have a difficult time trying to get a timeline created when a user requests the feature and states they had it before.
