When dialing out using the substitute caller ID, remove the option to press 3 random numbers before the call connect and ring to the dialed number.

In avaya when a user logs into a new computer they have to manually deatuthorise their old computer to be able to login to the new one, This is quite annoying as staff hotdesk a lot and are constantly contacting It support to get this resolved

AI Notes in a Salesforce plugin
Hi,
We use RingCentral plugin in Salesforce and while calling/texting from there is great, the only option we get is to manually post notes when done.
It would be great if AI Notes worked in the plugin the same way as the app.

We would like the option to add the HUD to the customize tabs. We use this daily and it is very cumbersome to click on phone, then hud. If we had a quick access to HUD to add in the customize tab.

Allow manually entering time for schedules and 24 hour time
Need the ability to manually type in the time on schedules. The current drop-down menus are cumbersome and inefficient.
Ideal functionality would allow me to input any time, such as "7:50 PM" (instead of being limited to either "7:45 PM or "8 PM").
Also inputting times in the 24 hour format needs to be supported. For example, inputting "1950" would be interpenetrated as "7:50 PM" and "0730" would be interpenetrated as "7:30 AM".These changes would greatly improve the speed and workflow of inputting schedules, since we don't have a central schedule repository that can be applied to various items…

Make selected user more prominent
Make the selected user more prominent.
This should be a simple CCS fix.
See the attached image for what I'm on about.

iOS
When merging calls on iOS, after connecting the second call keep user on RC screen where merge option exists. This is also Accessibility issue, see comments at bottom.
Today upon connecting first call, user stays in RC App (see 1CallCnnctStaysOnRCScrn.PNG) and can click + to add new caller. User only goes to iOS Lock Screen after inactive screen time and that screen has RC button to return to RC app (see 1CalliOSLockScrn.PNG). The RC button is great reminder that user is not on RC screen.
When adding a second call, upon connecting, user is immediately dropped into iOS native phone…

Currently when typing in the search box for texts , calls, contacts, etc.. it searches for the data in random .

Call queue voicemail should be received by all the user extensions device/physical phone
When someone is leaving a voicemail to the call queue they wanted that the voicemail should be receive by other extension device as well not a notification with attachment and not using the shared voicemail since the users will also getting the Voicemail of the primary extension and they should be notify when the voicemail is coming from the Call queue on each devices user extension profile.

Call Queue Feature Request- Simultaneous routing with overflow
I want to request the ability to have a call queue that allows for a "simultaneous" ring style, with the option to include an overflow system. Overflow members can only be added if the routing method is set to "Fixed" or "Longest Idle." This limitation challenges our organization, forcing us to use routing methods unsuited to our needs.
It would be highly beneficial if all primary members in a call queue could have their phones ring simultaneously, and in the event none of them answer, the call could then be routed to the overflow queue. The fixed order routing method…
