  1. We should be able to record breakout rooms - for example, if a class or meeting needs to be recorded for people who miss it and the larger group breaks into discussions, each breakout room should have the ability to be recorded separately.

  2. When a user starts a video call or RCV meeting a loud ringing tone is heard. Most users find the volume too loud and then reduce the volume on their audio device. Then when the meeting starts the audio is too soft and they have to increase the volume. The suggestion is to reduce the ringing tone vole by 50% and then to increase the meeting volume by 25%.

  3. Allow an option to paste the meeting info to be at the of the email chain instead of the at bottom. Currently if the user has long email chain and schedules via the scheduler then it pastes at the bottom of the email making it hard for the receiving end to notice the meeting info.

A customer has complained that the entry tones upon entering meetings are too loud and that if a user mistakenly answers their phone for a meeting and holds the phone to their ear (full scenario described below), they are then blasted with a really loud entry tone (around the 100dB region) if their phone volume is up to max.User has requested the ability to lower the volume of the entry tone to something like loud/medium/low or a sliding scale of 1 - 10 to be able to select a more "comfortable" tone for scenarios like this.Scenario reported by customer:iPhone is…

  7. When we schedule an RCM via RC Scheduler in Outlook, the invite is populated with a ton of information. We'd like to modify what is populated at a gloabl level. Currently, we can only make a global modification for webinars. We used to be able to make these type of adjustments when we were with Zoom. We expect that we should be able to do the same thing with RCM.We have worked with Support (Case #17054616) to no avail.

When a meeting is scheduled, all registered participants should be called automatically.If I am a participant in a meeting but was not present at the start of the meeting, the client should display that a meeting is currently running and that I have the opportunity to join it.- like in a live huddleThere are several providers in the European market that provide this function, this is a very big disadvantage for us and also it is convenient because not constantly someone comes too late.

  10. It's very tedious to click "Participants" and export/copy and paste the "Meeting Participants Report" for each separate meeting. Can you please implement a feature to download a mass report for the Meeting Participant Report that can be filtered by date (monthly, weekly, etc.)

  11. It appears this was a feature in the Meetings App, but is not available in the current version of the Desktop App and our account does not allow us to run Meetings.This is helpful when staff are in a video meeting and they want to hand off control to another presenter or tech support person.

Ability for the host to add in a shot clock or countdown on the presenter's video in the corner to ensure they are running meetings on time would be helpful to prevent meetings from running over. Then ability to add to the next presenter would be helpful as well, since multiple presentations can happen in one RCV meeting and keeping folks on track un-intrusively would be helpful in keeping effective meetings.

  16. The request is to be able to limit what certain users have access to. Specifically, in customer facing industries such as banking or stock trading. One thing a typical user would need to be limited from doing would be recording or not sharing the application. Others, such as those in management, can record meetings and share applications.

  18. Make the video screen able to be made smaller to a "tile" of the speaker so it fits easily over other screens/pages while in full screen. For example, I want to be able to see the video while also looking at and interacting with a web page in full screen.

  20. When you join a meeting, but the other person or people in the meeting are running late/dont join on time. Could there be a way where the host either gets a notification when the other users join the meeting, so they can rejoin, or can the host leave a message stating that the meeting is still on, but left due to no one attending, so they could rejoin.
