Formatting capabilities while taking MEETING NOTES
If users are given the ability to format their text similar to how they do it on any Microsoft application the notes could be used in other contexts much more easily. Currently the formatting options are too limited - users can't choose a font type, font size, color, alignment, numbering, inserting pictures / screenshots etc.

This is to have an option to remove the audio and/or video on a recorded RCV Meeting and just record the screen sharing part of the meeting.

Able to Change Shared Content in RCV (Without stopping and re-sharing)
Currently when sharing screen content in RCV there is no way to change the content being shared without stopping sharing and re-sharing. This combined with the many seconds lag in the process of stopping and restarting sharing causes uncomfortable pauses in collaboration. - Begin able to seamlessly change sharing without downtime or pauses would be much appreciated.

Get rid of the obsolescent RingCentral Meetings video service
We've moved over to RingCentral Video for meetings since Jan 2021 but the UI is still littered with settings and options for the old RingCentral Meetings. It causes endless confusion.

Add Pause button to screen sharing
sometimes...it's helpful for the presenter to be able to pause their screen share to check something really quick in another open window on their screen.

Integrate with Video Editor Apps
With video content creation, podcasts and multi-media videos being more important it would be a huge time saver to export recorded videos directly to Descript. This is the biggest podcast editing app. And they have direct integration with other platforms. Why not allow RC recorded videos become more utilized versus Zoom which is the defacto standard for tons of podcasters and companies.

Request annotation from Presenter
If you have someone presenting who isnt familiar with the technology but needs to share screen you may need to be able to request annotation to help steer them toward the right things to click on the screen. showing a pop up that they just have to approve is easier than trying to direct them to the right things to click

Support for Safari (mobile and desktop)
The request is to support the Safari browser, as then end-users will be able to join meetings without the need to install anything other than stock applications.

Add Airplay for RingCentral Video Rooms
The old RC meetings rooms had great airplay compatibility. Our employees use it daily in our conference rooms. We are unable to roll out the new RC Video Rooms since airplay is NOT an option yet. PLEASE add it for the next release. Thanks

Video Meeting Cross Compatible
I believe that video meetings should be joinable from both Ring Central app and Zoom. it looks like both services use the same API. it would be great to start a meeting from the ring central app for a client who doesn't have the service to be able to join from the zoom app.

Meeting Duration Status on RCV homepage
When you're in a meeting, it's good to show how long the meeting has been going on so you can determine if you're over or not. Today it is in Participant view. It would be helpful to have it on the RCV home screen.

Invite company team member to an active video call or screen share
From the invite participants button, there should be an option to send a direct message to a company team member, and/or the ability to call their extension. Currently, the option to call by phone does access my contact list or allow me to enter a fellow team members extension. If I use the desktop app to call them, or they call me, there has to be an easy way to merge or move that call to an existing meeting.Case example. disable auto-generated text features
In a video meeting, I turned on auto-transcription and made a recording.I see in my meeting playback that there are auto-generated items: brief summary, keywords, summary, topics, and highlights. This is a very impressive and generous feature set. However, due to errors in the accuracy of auto-generated content (limitations of voice recognition and AI interpretation), and the very sensitive nature of my meetings, I would like the option to turn off the generation and/or display of all of these features.
