Allow you to tag an individual to notify you their presence is now available.
You tag a person, so as soon as they go green/available you are alerted so you can contact them. Instead of sending messages while they are busy or away.

Allow RCM Reporting on "RCV Accounts"
Since our account was moved over to RCV (even though we requested it NOT) it appears as though we cannot access the RCM reports function at all.

Add more audio source options (like Loopback) to share audio from your computer with participants
Zoom makes it much easier to share audio from your computer like iTunes or Spotify. It also is easier on Zoom to route audio into the output of your meeting. RCV is not so easy. There is a company who makes a software program called Loopback that allows you to loop any audio sources from your computer or other places and mix them all together for our output of your meeting. I think that would be cool if RCV let you do more of that type of stuff with audio and allowed for more flexibility for different use cases.

Need to join an RC Video call from iPhone without downloading RC App.
We need to invite random users into a video conference for Telemedicine without requiring user to download App. Only by using browser. This works fine for laptop but not phone. These people are not computer savvy.

Spotlight Multiple Speakers
I believe Zoom now allows users to spotlight multiple speakers at the same time, which makes a conversation more engaging when you have a panel in progress. Could this feature be added to RingCentral Meetings?

Add a feature to the gallery view to reserve the top, center position for the current speaker
One of the unnaturally things about video conferencing is that every is looking away, to some extent. Unless they are trained TV personalities :-)For the speaker there is no sense of eye contact and, since the order that people appear in the gallery varies, people are looking in different directions, which is also strange.I suggest adding a feature to the gallery view to reserve the top, center position for the current speaker. This way, other participants can approximate eye contact while looking at the speaker, and have all the participants in view. I simulated this recently while using multiple screens by…

Multiple remote meetings at once
Currently, if one user on the account is in a remote meeting, another cannot have their own separate meeting going at the same time. This makes it difficult for our staff to schedule remote meetings with clients as we have to work around each other's RingCentral meeting schedule. I would like to be able to meet with a client remotely while my coworker is working with their client in a separate remote meeting.

RingCentral Meetings Call Me feature to say "Please press option 1 to join the meeting"
When putting in a number under the Call Me option when joining audio in a RCM, there was a way for the system to say "Please press 1 to join the meeting" before joining the audio in the meeting

Buzz button
Sometimes people get into a heated discussion and it's impossible even to say 'Stop it'. It would be good for meeting Host to have a button initiating some annoying sound for all participant to stop their talking.

Enable Annotation for Host but Disable for Participants - RC Meetings
Currently the Annotation for RC Meetings is a collaborative tool, where if enabled, it gives everyone access to it. However, there should also be another option for Annotation where it can be enabled for the host but disabled for participants. This option will allow the host to take more control over the screen share

Improve 'Share Screen' functionality
The "Share your screen function" may not be intuitive for a novel user. For example, to share "Your Entire screen," you have to click on the screen picture to actually share the screen. Additionally, with multiple screens, you have to click on one of the screens. Providing user guidance is some fashion may make this easier for beginners

Automatic meeting recording upload to Stream/YT/Vimeo
Allow hosts/admins to setup workflow where meeting recordings are automatically uploaded to content service. Would love for example to have our internal training and all-hands meetings to be automatically uploaded to company-wide channels in Microsoft Stream. We also share customer training recordings to private Vimeo channels - being able to have the recording automatically uploaded there would be a significant time savings.

Minimum password length of 8 characters for third party SIP endpoints
Some third parties require SIP registered entities to have a minimum password length of 8 characters. RingCentral Meetings does not currently offer the ability to standardize the minimum password length for third party SIP devices, which may prevent customers being able to use the RingCentral Meeting solution.

App on Samsung, Roku for RCV functionality on a TV
So, I can watch All Hands and other webinars on my TV while freeing up my computer. This would be marketable to customers and make it easier to use RCV on TV without doing whatever we do in the conference rooms.
