Zoom has a integration that allows remote browsers for any website or presentation. This would greatly improve the user experience for our remote sales team.

Ability to remove the option of start screen share or video meeting in Teams
We are new to ring central, and within the first week of starting the organization has received no more than a dozen video calls to the organization team that gets created for all licensed and enabled users. This is extremely disruptive on an organization wide or team level.I would like away to remove these options from Teams if deemed necessary or control who has access to this functionality.

Voice Changer for RingCentral Video Meeting
This new feature will allow the users to change their voice on RingCentral Video into something else. We can also apply this feature on making phone calls / receiving calls. One best sample is to sound like a grandmother, robot, male, female, child, chipmunks and more..This is ideal during fun events, confidential meeting or for mystery shopper trying out the skills of their agents on handling certain events or situation.

Notify when RingCentral Meetings Rooms Calendar disconnects
When a Calendar service becomes unauthorized, for example when an OAuth2.0 token expires, administrators are not notified.If admins were able to be notified via email, this would allow them to proactively reauthorize the calendar service. This would help avoid a situation where users enter a room expecting to be able to join meetings from a calendar.

2 ideas... Make break-out rooms permanent - Give members access to join their own breakout rooms
Breakout rooms can be time consuming to set up repeatedly.Fixed, accessible breakout rooms allow members to join with less set-up time.This should be for global membership.

attach files in a chat while in a video meeting
it would be great if while in a video meeting and someone needs to get a document to the participants for them to download onto their computer, in the chat function if you can add an upload file button. other video meetings platforms have this option.

Split screen meeting- half presenter/ half presentation
We would like to see the presenter as well as their shared screen showing the presentation. We do not like the ghostly affect of the presentation setting.

Add planning poker tool into meeting
Many teams use RCV to plan their activities.Scrum poker are using for estimations tasks. But currently it is required some additional service or mobile application. Outlook Addon text location
Allow an option to paste the meeting info to be at the of the email chain instead of the at bottom. Currently if the user has long email chain and schedules via the scheduler then it pastes at the bottom of the email making it hard for the receiving end to notice the meeting info.

Please enhance the option in join RCV via browser
When sending an invite to an external customer/client, it should have the first option to join via browser using meeting invite or in the landing page. Make sure that the join via browser is visible enough for the regular user so that they will not find it on all over the page.

Different Volume Entry Tones for Video Calls
A customer has complained that the entry tones upon entering meetings are too loud and that if a user mistakenly answers their phone for a meeting and holds the phone to their ear (full scenario described below), they are then blasted with a really loud entry tone (around the 100dB region) if their phone volume is up to max.User has requested the ability to lower the volume of the entry tone to something like loud/medium/low or a sliding scale of 1 - 10 to be able to select a more "comfortable" tone for scenarios like this.Scenario reported by customer:iPhone is…

MSFT 365 - Choose your default online meeting provider ( Add RCV as a option)
Customers have asked for the ability to set default meeting provider as seen below. Today MSFT admin have the option of adding MSFT Teams, Blue Jeans, GTM, Google Meet and Zoom as users default meeting type. RingCentral needs to work with MSFT to get RingCentral Video on the list so customers can assign the default meeting type. This would also make RCV more sticky with customers and users. Status time on MVP
We would like to have view how long someone's status for example away for 10 minutes. It would be nice for managers and supervises. This is for users that are not in MaxAgent. This is preventing us from moving to MS Teams.

We'd like to customize Meetings invites on a global level
When we schedule an RCM via RC Scheduler in Outlook, the invite is populated with a ton of information. We'd like to modify what is populated at a gloabl level. Currently, we can only make a global modification for webinars. We used to be able to make these type of adjustments when we were with Zoom. We expect that we should be able to do the same thing with RCM.We have worked with Support (Case #17054616) to no avail.
