Leaving a post-it note on video
Been in a situation just now that a video meeting had to be cancelled last minute and we could not amend the calendar schedule. I messaged the team members involved to let them know that the meeting is involved. At the scheduled date I joined the video meeting just in case somebody else did not read the postpone notice and they join the meeting.I was thinking it would be great if we could leave a message on screen in the meeting "Thank you for joining and apologies for the late notice. Lossless full screen 4k video sharing on RingCentral Video
We should be able to have lossless 4k video screen sharing on RingCentral Video. i.e. When two users have the same 4k monitor, they should be able to exactly represent the entirety of the sender's screen on the viewer's screen with no boarders or loss of pixels.

Adding the Remote Control Support for RingCentral Video Meeting using RingCentral App web version.
Current Remote Control support for RingCentral Video Meetings requires a full screen and RingCentral App for desktop.Providing the Remote Control feature while using the RingCentral App web version will allow a new user to utilize the Share Screen remote control without the need to register to RingCentral and install the RingCentral App for desktop to use the remote control feature.

Create different security groups within meeting settings
As a healthcare clinic we have some providers who do telehealth visits that require specific additional meeting settings that we want to lock; such as E2EE and waiting rooms. But these are settings the administrative staff do not need. Having the ability to separate which permissions are forced or required would be helpful.

When the device or headphones mute the mic, RCV should display that in the Video as it happens in Google Meet
When the laptop or Headphones mute their Mic, it should display that on RCV but it just shows Mic as Open while there is no Mic pickup as it is turned off from the device. When this happens on google meet it displays that "Your mic is muted by your system settings".

Hide attendees and meeting information on RCV/Calendar
Hide details that content sensitive information in meetings that show up in people calendars.
Make it private so other people can't see the name of the meeting and the attendees. Google Calendars has this option/setting, Calendars and Contact...etc.In Google there is option to be able to Hide details and mark them as Private so other people can't see the name of the meeting and the attendees.1 vote -

Automatically join the video Meeting when clicking meeting invite
Hello, This is more of a suggestion for future releases of RingCentral Video as the application is working as expected now. Video is frustrating a lot of our users and many have stopped using Video and switched to Teams. This is due to how RingCentral responds when clicking on the meeting link from email invites.The meeting webpage loads as expected and the browser is set to open the application by default. The application does join the meeting, yet the webpage changes the screen to join meeting. Many users join both on the webpage and the application and creates countless issues.…

Add 'Hide Self View' option to RC Video
In RC Meetings, there used to be a 'Hide Self View' option. My boss says this was one of the most important features to him. We have noticed that now we are having to switch to RC Video, the 'Hide Self View' option is no longer available. Is there any way at all to get this feature added to RC Video? It is distracting to some of our team to see ourselves on screen while talking.

Add Time Zone selector when scheduling a meeting in RC Video
While using RingCentral Video (I recently switched from Meetings) I noticed when trying to schedule a meeting with a client that the option to select a time zone when setting up a meeting has disappeared. Normally I select our client’s time zone so as not to confuse them when they receive the meeting invite. We schedule meetings with clients in many different time zones, so having the ability to schedule the meeting in their time zone is pretty important to our company.

Make it possible for clients to redact certain parts of their screen when screensharing
This would be useful for clients needing remote support, using the RingCentral video platform. Sometimes clients will want to hide sensitive data, allowing them to redact certain areas of their screen would allow them to maintain that data privacy.cobrowse.io has this feature and this would be a great addition to RCV.

To be able to disable/enable Webinar Q&A for some attendees only
Currently, the settings we have is the option to disable and enable Q&A but this applies to all attendees. Customer wants to be able to select which attendees can view Q&A and those other attendees to not be able to view the questions or answers.
