  1. We use Zapier to run a variety of automations whenever there are missed calls. Unfortunately, we cannot build any automations around call queues as this feature is not supported in the Ringcentral integration with Zapier which limits how we set up the system. Either we use a virtual user (that can integrate with Zapier) that forwards calls to multiple call agents or we use a call queue (that cannot integrate with Zapier) and give up all this extra functionality.Please add call queue support to Zapier!

  4. Currently when configuring Ringcentral archiver with SFTP all connections are held open 24/7. This will slow down most FTP servers with more than 10-15 users on the archiver. SFTP connections should only open when the archiver has data that it needs to archive. We need a scheduling feature so that clients with large user counts can actually use the archiver.

  10. Provisioning the Users from Azure to be added in RC Users should not require them to setup their account like creating password, PIN and SQ since they are going to login only using SSO.

  11. I need to have the RC plugin back to Outlook since I need to use it for calling. If I'm going to use the RC for Outlook app, I have to upgrade my plan to MS 2016 but I am only using MS 365

  12. Currently, the feature supported with this integration only includes:

    • /ringcentral meet - Starts a new RingCentral Video Meeting and posts the join link.
    • /ringcentral call - Start a new RingCentral Conference and post the dial-in number.
    • /ringcentral help - Brings up the different /ringcentral slash commands.

    Hopefully, we can include service status notifications from RingCentral to Slack

  17. Smarsh captures sms/text messages. It does not capture internal messages. THis makes no sense. It would be wise to allow SMARSH to capture all.

  18. Clicking the Dial button / Phone icon in the Home page of Dynamics 365 only pull up the RC App for outbound calls and not using the RC for Teams Desktop Plugin. The RC for Teams DP only works when clicking the phone number to make outbound calls in the Contacts page of Dynamics 365.

  20. It'd be great to have a way to choose the default license type for users.

    Currently while we've got Directory Sync on, it often fails because we've exhausted our licenses, I've got some users that we want to have in RC to handle analytics, or manage the RC instance, instead of just adding them to the group we've got syncing they need to be manually created in RC.
