  1. Add to the RingCentral for Google Chrome plugin the ability for end users to configure call forwarding: call forward no answer (Same configuration available on RC App, Settings > Phone > Inbound calls > Call Forwarding).

  2. RingCentral for Hubspot currently allows users to use click-to-dial on any numbers they see in Hubspot. However, Hubspot has a 'Call' icon on every contact which allows them to make calls via Hubspot and it the option to have it use RingCentral for outbound calling once integrated will be much more ideal.

  7. I have a client that uses EPIC Software's BMS (Broker Management System). This is a very popular software for Insurance Brokers. It would be beneficial to have it integrated into Business Connect (TELUS).

  8. Currently, there is not a Zapier integration to add a contact to RingCentral. This would make it so much easier to add and updated contacts in Ring Central automatically.

  10. I had a customer looking for an automated way to forward the logs to the SIEM system hosted in the cloud for analysis. Currently there is no way to automatically feed the RC Office audit logs into a third party SIEM solution, in this case the SIEM being Rapid7. It would be very beneficial if there was an automated service that runs the download, and uploads to SIEM without having to click on anything (kind of like a reporting subscription).

The RingCentral CRM Extension is a great start and getting it to work with NetSuite is awesome, however, it would be even better if the Transcribe and Summarize using AI was built into the plug-in itself and when it took a summary of the call using AI it posted that back to NetSuite or the CRM of your choosing. Right now, it takes both the plug-in and the either the RC Teams or the RC app itself open so when a call comes in both ring at the same time. You then have to manually copy and paste the summary…

  18. I wondering how I can get access through Zapier and/or Integrately to all of the organizations Missed Calls, Voicemails, etc, not just the ones specific to the user. I am trying to access the records from " Main number voicemail box 2 Message-Only Extension" To intgrate follow ups in our CRM afterhours but it doesn't seem like these are published to the admin account that I am connecting

  20. We have been trying to process payment through the IVR, but we haven't find a tool to do it in RingCentral.
    This would be great to collect payment, automatically or guided by an agent.
    There are some platforms that do it but they are expensive, and it wouldn't be a good idea to use 2 phone systems.
    One of the most popular payment processor is CardConnect, and is currently the platform we are using for to charge our clients. (If you want a good price hit me up lol)
    I hope you will consider this idea!!
