Read all text throughout Agency.
We as a agency should be able to read all text response from client. Zipwhip allows every producer to read the agency text messages. If a producer is not at work, all of the producers should be able to access the text and respond to a client. This should be a added feature to RC. if Zipwhip can do it, you should be able to as well.

QR Code authenticator app
In the past few years the security community has stated that two-factor-autentication via SMS and phone call, are no longer secure and can easily be intercepted. Scanning a QR Code and usin a rotating 6 digit code that changes every 30 seconds should have been added 5-10 years ago and without it, companies aren't compliant with some security rules.

Cross Reference Call ID in Agent State History Reporting API
When trying to perform deep dive analyses on agent efficiency and effectiveness some of the most granular and thus most useful data can be queried from the Agent State History reporting API (https://developer.niceincontact.com/API/ReportingAPI#/Reporting/getAgentStateHistory). This data represents every second of an agent’s time. For states in which an agent is active on a call, it would be very helpful if the state history records cross referenced the Call ID. This would enable the analyst to develop an understanding of an issue from both the customer’s and the agent’s perspectives.

For the Event filters:Account Telephony Sessions Event/restapi/v1.0/account/{accountId}/telephony/sessions Enables notifications in case of a change of session information for any extension assigned to the current account.Extension Telephony Sessions Event/restapi/v1.0/account/{accountId}/extension/{extensionId}/telephony/sessions Enables notifications in case of change of session information of specified extension.
Add to the Notification Payload Structure the information of the originally dialed phone number not only the extension and also the given name of that phone number.

An option to create a link that can be used for clients to view our calendar availability and select open dates/times to schedule meetings.
The URL should be easily shareable and lead to an interactive calendar that shows our availability based on our google/outlook calendar sync. They should be able to select open dates and times as well as input a reason or topic for the meeting.

Setting to allow Dial Pad to remain on top of other open screens.
I run multiple screens with multiple applications running. When the Dial Pad is hidden under other screens, it is too clumsy to have to navigate back to the Ring Central app and open it back up.

Get pickup members of a call queue via API
If you attempt to de-queue a call off of a call queue, and the person doing so is not a pickup member of the queue, then the platform will return a 403 error (which is by design). However, this is an error state easily avoided if developers has a way to determine whether someone is a pickup member of a queue. Therefore, we need an API we could query for this information.

Remove/disable the "delete post" option in more
When you click the 3-dots when hovering over the time, you are given the option to delete your message. Make this setting optional or give the ability to disable this option.

show current call in ALL Calls log when you call them, currently is after the call.
It would allow you to text the person you are on a call with without going back out of the app.

Tiered Ring Groups - Call Queues
Our previous PBX allowed tiered ring groups for call queues to help with overflow and temporary unavailability. Primary members could be added to any or all tiers for continuous ringing at their extensions. The intent is to have primary members answer all calls at all tiers along with not disturbing secondary members with the initial ringing.

Call Log or Data Export should contain all the data.
Current export file will not have document name and # of pages information. If we include that we are able to identify which file got failed and we can refax that immediately without any delay. Also, we have Incoming and outgoing details, we need deleted items to be included in the exported file.

Ability to add alternate host in Outlook 365 add-on when scheduling a meeting
The ability to add an alternate host in the RingCentral Outlook 365 add-on. I can select an alternate host in the desktop app but not the Outlook 365 add-on. When scheduling meetings for my CEO, he sometimes has to leave his 1st group RingCentral call to join a different RingCentral call. When he joins the 2nd call, he disconnects the attendees in the first call because an alternate host can't be select for the first group call. RedTail Integration independent of Browser
RedTail integration should not be limited by the web browser. Currently, RingCentral can only integrate using Google's Chrome browser. This is unacceptable and non-standard for the financial services industry (which widely uses RedTail). In fact, we have come across no other tech that requires a specific browser to integrate with RedTail. Please update.

A webhook for when a change in emergency location has been detected.
In the RingCentral system, when a user's location has been detected to have changed the RingCentral system prompts said user to update their emergency location. What we would like to be able to do is receive a web-hook event when this happens instead, which then allows our 3rd party service to request and receive a much more in-depth emergency location from the user, which we can then pass back to RingCentral for the call routing.
