RC for Hubspot workflow for Calls and Contacts creation
Hubspot workflow doesn't include Calls, only SMS. New contacts are automatically being created in HubSpot when someone calls or texts that is not an existing contact in HubSpot. We want this feature turned OFF. Is it possible to send attachments with an SMS in the RingCentral for HubSpot extension?

RC for Teams installer
Hello,
I'm trying to install the RingCentral for Teams Desktop Plugin for about 80 users (I'm a RingCentral Partner). I see that there's an EXE and an MSI for IT, but the MSI says "Non Auto Update." Can I deploy the EXE Silently since that auto-updates? If so, how?Or can I add a switch to the MSI to allow it to auto-update?

Show HUD subtab after call ends
I have the HUD subtab when I'm in the Phone tab of the RC app. Previously, before an update a few months ago, the RC app would remember the last selected subtab after a call ended, which was almost always HUD. Now, it always returns me to the Keypad subtab after a call.

Aptly
As a long-term customer, I would like to request approval for the integration of automated text messaging with Aptly. This would enable us to automatically send scheduling reminders to our residents.
After recently transitioning from Lead Simple to Aptly, we discovered that this feature is unavailable through RingCentral. This integration is crucial for our operations, particularly for our annual and biannual property checks, which require us to send 72-hour scheduling reminders and 24-hour courtesy reminders.
Without this automated system, we will be manually sending over 2,000 text messages in 2025 alone, just to comply with our required process. This is…

Ability to answer Google Verification Calls
We have identified an issue where our system does not fully support call validation from Google. The problem occurs because Google begins playing the validation code before the call is actually answered. This happens due to the greeting that RingCentral plays before the app or phone starts ringing, leading to the code being provided before the call is picked up.

Additional SCIM Field Mappings
Currently fields such as Role, Site, template are not available via the SCIM API for user provisioning. Being able to map these would add fluidity to the provisioning process and eliminate some double handling.

Hubspot authentication
In the RingCentral for Hubspot plugin, users are required to have their HS email match their RC email for them to authenticate.
For some use cases where it is not ideal for users to have their own logins in Hubspot, they won't be able to utilize the plugin to log their calls and for the C2D feature.
There should be at least a workaround for situations similar to this.

Silent Install of RingCentral app. via Intunes
Intunes is limited to mobile only, and silent install via intunes is not available. It would be great if silent installation via intunes will be available as it is more easy to execute to the other devices.
