Microsoft Teams embeded app to ring on mobile devices
Currently the RingCentral Microsoft Teams Embeded App does not ring on a mobile device untill the actual RingCentral App is installed and logged into.
It would be great to have the Microsoft Teams embeded app ring on a mobile device like a cell phone without having to have the normal RC app installed.

Screen Pop Question for Dynamics integration
We have implemented the integration between RingCentral and Dynamics 365, and it is working. Our user base has asked us if we can change the screen pop to open in a new tab, as if they are working on in a Dynamics screen and they receive an incoming call the screen pop in the current tab overrides what they are currently working on and they are losing work.I cannot see a setting that request the pop open in a new tab, are we able to do this, and if so can you point me in the direction of the setting…

Multiple accounts with the ability to toggle between in the app.
I have multiple accounts with RingCentral as I'm running different companies. It is difficult to keep on top of client calls with each account as I cannot be logged into both accounts at once. Is there a way to be able to toggle from one account to another under 1 login? I have been a longtime RingCentral client and this is something I suggested years back. Can you please implement this feature within the desktop and mobile apps?

Prevent users from downloading marketplace apps
The "add bots" permission only prevents users from downloading and installing certain type of marketplace apps.
A permission to prevent users from downloading ALL types of marketplace apps would be highly appreciated.
Also, having an option to block app install but manage approval and installation by Super Damins would be very useful.2 votes -
Add Additional Time Blocks in Custom Rule
Since the change to the Service Web UI, I noticed that we have broken custom rules due to the added limitations put in for the days.
Currently our on call rule shows as follows:
Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu 04:30 PM - 08:00 AM
Fri 04:30 PM - 12:00 AM
Sun, Sat all dayYou will notice that Monday at 0000h (Midnight) to 0800 is missing.

Route inbound calls if code is input (from Salesforce) / Inbound Caller Authentication
Hi there. We have a use case where we want the ability for customers to inbound call but only get through to an agent if a code has been input. For example we only want calls to be routed to someone if they have paid for a service and that payment number is input via the dialpad.
