  2. According to Siteefy.com statistic "42% of all websites on the entire Internet currently use WordPress as their content management system. This number is 36% for top 1 million websites, 20% for top 100K websites, and 14% for top 10K websites respectively." Unsatisfied with zoom's 40min limit, a lot of organizations with Word Press websites would welcome a way to manage their webinars from WordPress similar to this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/video-conferencing-with-zoom-api/

  3. I navigate to my support cases, select a case, the navigation puts me into 'system status'. This seems a web design error. My expectation on bread crumbs is that enable backward traversing, this is adjacent traversing.

  4. With so many new regulatory requirements, many companies are no longer allowing personal contacts to be stored on corporate systems or email servers. Currently, I can add a Microsoft account and a Google account but not two Microsoft or google accounts. I would like to see the feature to add additional account and have the ability see them separately under All contacts.

Hi RC Devs.Hope this is the right place to post this.In currently aware of that the new RingCentral App Presence is different from the Phone App Presecen on the API site, and since Phone is in progress of sun set (got info from your one of your devs) we need to move on to support your new App, including the white labeled solutions. Unfortunately we rely on Presence Events, and currently the Unified Presence is only available as a GET using the API.   8. We need a translator from time to time, and while Google Translate is not perfect, it would be good enough. You can have Google Translate use audio on the computer speakers, but it doesn't come through in the conversation. Is there a way to make that work?

  9. It would be a great if admins had the ability to defined canned responses (i.e. pre-defined text) that users could select when making calls. For example, when users call and leave a voicemail. This could then be added to the 'Notes' without users having to enter in data manually. Thanks!

  10. As more departments/teams use RingCentral for Salesforce, it would be helpful if it was possible to be able to define multiple layouts for different users. That way, we can tailor which data our users need to capture.

  13. Currently we are using the Salesforce plugin only. Not supporting dependent drop down lists means we have been unable to add all of our required fields into the RC component in Salesforce; this results in the user needing to access the Salesforce task after a call to update certain fields - we are now seeing this causing errors when the call recording is added to the Salesforce task whilst the user is editing it

  14. We would love to see a way for our RingCentral call/sms activity to be integrated with Infusionsoft. Specifically, if we can have the call logs be appended to infusionsoft contact notes, that'll be awesome!

  15. When using the RC outlook plugin and receiving texts (messages) it is not possible to delete the texts via the RC outlook addon. Although, opening the RC phone app and deleting the texts (messages) works… but only sort of. After deleting the texts (messages) in the RC Phone app and then reopening outlook, The RC outlook addon shows blank texts (messages) by “anonymous” so, although the texts (messages) are deleted from the RC outlook addon it is still taking up space and does not look professional for an app and or an apps outlook addon.So, The idea is somewhat simple…

  18. Currently there is no way to make direct calls to external numbers in the RingCentral Microsoft Teams Plugin. This functionality would be helpful to make a direct call instead of only conference calls.

  20. I'd like to have an Auto-Attendant ask a caller to enter their ticket number in order to be connected to an agent. The integration would need to pull over ticket number and ticket status from Syncro MSP. The Syncro MSP API does provide that info, along with other customer specific info.
