  1. Can we have a something that takes the data from calls, and imports it into Power Bi? the current reporting dashboard is ok, But the ability to import that into Power Bi would be great!

  3. it would be great if we can push attributes to RC from our IdP using SSO to assign users to sites, groups, call queues etc.
    if we can push attributes from our IdP to RC and users would be assigned based on their attributes from the IdP we can automated users queue assignment sites assignment etc all via the SSO connection, which would save a lot of time of manually manage the users and assignments.

  4. For Engage Digital Issue: email is pushed to the agent, but they can not respond as they no longer have access to the channel.

    App Connect as you know can retroactively log the last 100 calls. After that, calls can be logged manually. We will consider this feature, but there are a number of concerns related to performance, and allowing users to elect how many calls to log.

Since the business is adding an existing device to their RingCentral account, it would be very helpful if there's some sort of Flag or Warning that will show on the actual desk phone when they add it to their RingCentral account that will tell them the device is already registered on another account instead of them calling support. It will save more time for them instead of trying to register a device that cannot be registered since it is already added to a different account.

  10. Customers should be able to add, remove, or cancel service completely without needing to call "Retention". I understand that security is a concern but if you are validating admins that login then allow them to make changes without having to jump through hoops or dark patterns to make changes.

  18. Problem Statement: Currently, the SSO Enable toggle switch is visilbe to all users regardless of their roles. This can create confusion for users who do not have the permission to modify these settings and may propose a risk for accidential misconfigurations.

    Proposed Solution: Introduce a role base visibility logic for the SSO toggle, usign a user settings template to determine visibility based on specific role levels. This approach ensures that only the selected admins etc can view and manage the setting while hiding it from other users and provide more flexibility in managing roles.
