  1. Our Azure environment is in GCC High, which does not use the same RingCentral app. The options we have for enabling provisioning require the Tenant URL and Secret Token. Looking for an alternative way of generating a long-lasting token, or an alternative method of authenticating for SCIM.

  2. We are looking for a way to unify RingCentral communications with Rent Manager (https://www.rentmanager.com/become-or-refer-a-partner/). It would be great to sync caller ID/contacts between RingCentral/Rent Manager and keep a records of calls/texts to tenants (and vendors) within the history/notes feature in Rent Manager. Including an AI summary/notes copy would also be great. Please help make it happen!

  8. Your system is very misleading when cancelling faxes. Just found out that you can only cancel faxes that are in the "Processing" stage which means you have to catch the error immediately or you're out of luck. Don't have the option to "Cancel" faxes that have been "Submitted" as it is misleading. With manual faxes, you can cancel when it's dialing (which I liken this to "Processing") or transmitting (which I liken to "Submitted").

  10. The user would like to have two RingCentral applications on a single mobile device. She prefers this over using the "Switch Account" option, as there's a high chance she may still miss calls, SMS messages, or faxes. She wants the ability to download and install the same app again in order to log in to a different extension.

  13. We are implementing Yardi CRM IQ and they are having issues with call routing. Here is the note from Yardi support. "When we call any third-party number, we need a response of 180Ring, indicating the phone is in fact waiting for someone to answer. Instead, with Ring Central, they provide us a SIP response of 200 OK, which means the call has been answered even when it really hasn't been.   15. Enabling Messaging in RC seems to force the application to have only: Available, DND and Invisible while giving the Set Status Message option. By disabling Messaging, users gain Busy as an option (in addition to Available, DND and Invisible), but then lose the Set Status Message. When trying to set up the Presence link between RC and Team, the vast majority of actions seem to rely on setting Busy as the status and simply do nothing when there is no Busy status available. DND will replicate across Teams and RC, but that's about it.

  18. Settings are limited, for example volume in app is a smooth slider of 100, whereas in Salesforce integration it's in movement of 10 so calls are starting when you are completing other task if you have system volume raised
