When calling the GET Message Store API endpoint, if the fax failed to transmit completely, I want to know how many pages were transmitted successfully so I can retransmit the document with no repeated pages and also limit my future transmissions to page counts the recipient can handle. The GET Message Store call contains a "faxPageCount" field which contains the number of pages that were attempted to transmit, however, when the transmission fails mid transmission, I expect for some field to surface how many pages were successfully transmitted, not just the full document page count.

  7. The only way for calls to log into Hubspot is if the RingCentral for Hubspot Chrome Extension is installed. This helps with most calls (not all) logging in Hubspot but the biggest frustration is that the extension ringer, both the ringtone sound itself and the volume of the ringtone is very loud and sounds like an old-school landline telephone. The sound is incredibly distracting and painful. There are no settings to turn this off, change the ringtone or adjust the volume. This can effect how sales/customer service teams perform and if we remove the extension then our calls won't log…

  11. Up until a year or so, anything my organizationor user would receive a fax the fax's content would be in the notification email in a pdf file. This was very convenient and did not require us to log in to the app or the portal to read the content. It was flexible.Now, I must log into the app (on my phone) or on the portal (on my computer) to download/view the fax message. Instead of moving towards integration and facility this was a move backward.

  13. Customer would like the existing OKTA integration to be able to delete and recycle user licenses rather than just disable users.Currently the onboarding process works fine, its just the off boarding process that takes a bit of time.

The automated system for outbound calls would allow the user to add numbers that they want to call in bulk and Ringcentral would automatically call all the numbers in the list one after the other without the user having to dial the number every time.The system would be useful for Recruiters, Sales agents and any other business that makes use of cold calling.I know other apps offer this service and it would be really great to have it on RC as well.

For security reasons, the customer SFIL MUST disable file sharing in Glip to avoid propagation of viruses.When disabling file sharing in Glip Admin, users can still exchange Code Snippet.Customer demonstrated that they were able to share EICAR virus using this feature.They consider this as a security threat and want to disable that capability of sharing code snippet when file sharing is disabled.
