With the passing of Ray Baum's Act (effective 1/6/2022), our current or prospective Direct Routing customers for Microsoft Teams will begin to examine whether RingCentral MVP can "process" PIDF-LO information originating from the MS Teams environment. Currently we do not. Customer preference will be to maintain emergency address/location information from within their MS Teams Admin Center environment, as opposed to being forced to manually change/update address/location information within ServiceWeb. It's come to our attention that users of our application start ringing when they make an outbound call, so we would appreciate a fix in some way.Currently these states are supported in the users telephony status object: NoCall, Ringing, CallConnected, OnHold, ParkedCallUnfortunately we have no way to see if the user made an outbound call or is receiving an inbound call since both states use the Ringing value. Another solution would be to only switch the outbound calling user to CallConnected when the recipient answers the call, skipping the Ringing state during outbound calling, but allow the recipient to still…

  8. It would be helpful for a host to be able to create a link, excluding the host's personal meeting ID information, for another user to have and use. In other words, if I have frequent appointments with "John Doe," I could create a "John Doe" meeting link for John and myself to have, and every time I have a meeting with "John Doe" I could just use his link.

  13. existing app was developed by Bitrixs24 CRM team and app is not workign actually. We are missing some call recordings and sometimes it doesn't allow to make calls.When logging in - I can choose other emplyees numbers as outbound numbers but never mine.

As of 6/14/22, my entire company has abandoned the MS Teams and RingCentral integration for the Ring Central Desktop App because (1) we cannot search for keywords in SMS messages in the integration and (2) the phone directory only displays active RC members and excludes personal contact phone numbers or any contacts other than Ring Central members. Its frustrating for my users to have to go back and forth between the RC Desktop App and the MS Teams integration to do searches, when the point of an integration is to have everything centralized in one place. Automatically select the country code corresponding to Customer’s country code for agents that make outbound calls to multiple regions to confirm the local country code is used or next available options based on predefined rules. Eg. If the agent is dialing to a customer in Germany then the appropriate country code (+49) should automatically be selected and reflect as in the agents caller ID.
