Warm Transfer for RingCentral Salesforce
As of this time, the only option to transfer a call through RingCentral for Salesforce is with a blind transfer or a cold transfer (as stated on page of 8 of this guide https://netstorage.ringcentral.com/guides/RingCentral_for_Salesforce_RCV_and_WebRTC_guide.pdf). If we try to work around this by opening a second line to merge the calls, the first call will drop entirely. Warm transfer are incredibly important when delivering a positive customer experience, having the option to do so from the Salesforce integration would be highly valued.

MS Teams offers a ServiceNow Virtual Agent (bot( integration with their messaging platform. Setting to allow Dial Pad to remain on top of other open screens.
I run multiple screens with multiple applications running. When the Dial Pad is hidden under other screens, it is too clumsy to have to navigate back to the Ring Central app and open it back up.

Get pickup members of a call queue via API
If you attempt to de-queue a call off of a call queue, and the person doing so is not a pickup member of the queue, then the platform will return a 403 error (which is by design). However, this is an error state easily avoided if developers has a way to determine whether someone is a pickup member of a queue. Therefore, we need an API we could query for this information.

show current call in ALL Calls log when you call them, currently is after the call.
It would allow you to text the person you are on a call with without going back out of the app.

MS Teams RC "Embedded Dialer:" Remove secondary dialer for DR users
Having two dialers w/in MS Teams is confusing and removing the secondary dialer for Direct Routing users would be helpful.

Integrate with Outlook's flagged email/task tool
Since Ring Central has a Workspace tab for tasks, it would be nice to add the flagged email follow-ups to it.

Call Log or Data Export should contain all the data.
Current export file will not have document name and # of pages information. If we include that we are able to identify which file got failed and we can refax that immediately without any delay. Also, we have Incoming and outgoing details, we need deleted items to be included in the exported file.

Ability to add alternate host in Outlook 365 add-on when scheduling a meeting
The ability to add an alternate host in the RingCentral Outlook 365 add-on. I can select an alternate host in the desktop app but not the Outlook 365 add-on. When scheduling meetings for my CEO, he sometimes has to leave his 1st group RingCentral call to join a different RingCentral call. When he joins the 2nd call, he disconnects the attendees in the first call because an alternate host can't be select for the first group call. Zoom Integration
It would be great that RingCentral had some sort of integration with Zoom and other similar companies like zoom. So that we could provide a link or meeting code to people that use Zoom. Not everyone wants to join using RingCentral or have had issues with it in the past, so they are reluctant to get on a call or video call unless they use their platform. We are planning to FULLY turn on AD/azure Provisioning for Ring Central
Every time I test with Provision on demand an email alert is sent to the user.
I don’t think it should be triggered at all, should be just added to a daily report Admins can view

Forward call to one number when busy and forward call to another number when unanswered
We've just sign up with RingCentral and I'm trying to migrate the configuration of Nextiva to RingCentral. We have a setting in one of the account, whereby if the phone is busy, forward to the first number, and if the phone is not busy, forward to the second number. The current control handling options of RingCentral is not capable to fulfill that mechanism.

Integration with AgencyBloc
It would be awesome to have an integration into the popular health & life insurance agent crm system. Another provider already works with them, but they are smaller and not as robust as RC. Ideal would be to log and save call recordings directly into client profile within AB and synchronize contacts into RC. AB currently works with Intulse VOIP
